Winnalotto-Sangoma 2

Question About Winnalotto

I have been using Winnalotto and have been doing some back testing with some good results. In drawing analysis, is there a way to print out a selection of numbers and columns? My good picks come from the numbers sorted by SKIP2 and SKIP4. I would like to print the numbers with just SKIP 2 and SKIP4 for reference instead of having to write them all down. Is there a way to print them?

thanks

At the moment there is no print facility in Winnalotto but the easiest way to do what you require is to run your column filter, sort by the columns you want and then save your filter results as a txt file using the "Save" button on the Drawing Analysis screen.

Then all you need to do is open the txt file as a comma delimited file in Excel or OpenOffice Calc and edit the file.

To only get the SKIP 2 and SKIP 4 columns you will need to edit the filter by unticking "View Column" for all the columns you don't want to see in the Columns screen.

As far as I know WinnaLotto does not cater for any game requiring doubles or triples as it was developed for larger lotteries eg. 6/49 or 6/53 which do not have repeating balls.

Hi Sprinbok

Is the DigetEnds filter work in progress, or is it complete? I took a look at the cols, but couldn't decipher what it meant:crap:

Cheers!

Thanks for the info. Will do that.

Hi turtle0747

Still much easier is to load the filter, "UNCHECK" all columns that you don't want and only leave SKIP2 & SKIP4 "CHECKED" and save WHALA all done.

BlouBul :cool:
BTW what filter(s) are you using????

Thanks for the info! Right now I click on Balls and sort by Skip2 and Skip4. I use the filter BPMediumDue with Maxval, N+X>=H and Medium Due. I am having trouble putting the numbers in the right order. My list of numbers contains a 4 or 5 of the numbers, but my picks never have all the numbers. All ways looking for suggestions??

Thanks

Hi Turtle0747
I've tested some new methods and would like to share these with you.
Try filter BPMedian and use the column 'Detail' to reduce your numbers.
For treasure Hunt 5/30, I use 15 to 18 for 'Detail'. Next I filter out numbers
that have been drawn 2 or 3 times in a row. Finally I use BushHappy's
elimination to remove even more numbers. After each drawing, I check
for other ways to reduce the numbers without eliminating all 5 winners.
As of today, I am successfully reducing my numbers to 18 out of 30 and
all five winners still remain. Eventually, the numbers selected will be down
to less than 10 and consistantly winning 5 out of 30. I hope this helps. :)

Hello BP

Good to hear from you again. I will give those a try. May have some questions about some. How do you filter out numbers that have been drawn 2 or 3 times in a row? What do you mean by that? Also is BushHappy's elimination a filter?

thanks

Here's how I started:

Take the 'Base' filter uncheck all columns except Detailed, Skip1, Skip2,
Skip3, Skip4 and Skip5. Save this filter as say 'Test.clm'. Then reload
Test.clm, hit the Recalc button and go to Draw and Analysis tab. Click
on Balls and Sort column 'Detailed' high to low. Check the range
that the winning numbers fall using Detailed. I Remove the very high
and the very low Detailed values. Backtest this for 20 to 30 previous
draws until you get a feel of the range where all winning numbers show
in this range. You may remove only 3 or 5 numbers, but that's a start.
Later, you will add other filters that begin to reduce more and more
numbers without eliminating the winners. :)

This is the actual winning numbers for Treasure Hunt 5/30. Notice
the number 22 showed 4 times. This is rare and my filter removed
22 after the second draw when skip1 and skip2 both equal zero.

07/31/08 -> 1 2 16 22 28
07/30/08 -> 9 14 21 22 24
07/29/08 -> 5 8 9 22 26
07/28/08 -> 2 8 19 22 30

Hi turtle0747

You face the same delema we are facing in our syndicate, to many numbers to little lines. No promises, I'll have a look what is in Robert Serotic's book!!!:crap:

Hello Bloubul

Thanks for the help. I am taking BP's advice and using the last 30 draws. I came up with 36 numbers out of 53. Now I need some adice on what filters to use to get that number down. Thanks for the help.

Hi turtle0747,

If skip1 is 0, then it is the current winner. If skip1 and skip2 are 0,
then I remove this number for the next drawing. I'm using statistical
theory that numbers repeating 3 or more times in a row are very low probability.

I've been looking at the skip patterns that occur the most and those that
occur the least. By this, I mean if the winning draws is 5, 8, 9, 22, 26 then
the pattern for example is:

05 -> #20 < 6
08 -> #21 > 5
09 -> #22 > 5
22 -> #23 > 5
26 -> #24 > 5

The skips from the winning draws form patterns that occur more than
others. I'm trying to write a program to check the patterns and count
which patterns occur more frequently than others. I believe this will
eliminate many numbers without effecting the winners. I'm holding off
on BushHappy's method until Patrick returns and can do more to
accurately predict this using Winnalotto. My approach to reducing the
numbers for me is my best approach. :)

Can you elaborate a little more on this? It sounds interesting...
I'm not sure what your #20 < 6 is pointing to (column 20 < 6 such as a filter?)
