Hi PAB,
I appreciate all the work you've put into this project!
My thinking on the "due" thing is a little different. Once a number hits, it is at its strongest and 14.28% of the numbers will hit immediately after they have hit the first time. 53.76% of the numbers hit by skip 4, which translates, on average, to a due value of +3.
So I would say "Due" has a value of +3 to minus 3.
"Seriously Overdue" I would reserve for, say, the 5% of numbers that make really long skip runs, say over skip 20 or about due value 13. The numbers in between due value -3 and -13 would, therefore fall into the "Overdue" group.
So, about 50% should hit when they are Not-Yet-Due, 30% should hit when they are Due and 15% will hit when Overdue, with the remaining 5% not showing until they are Seriously Overdue.
Hope that makes sense.
