i have been playing off and on but not "professionally" like the rest of you.
I may decide to enter my occupation title, on my tax form next year, as "Professional Lottery Player" perhaps the government will allow me to write off my losing tickets.:lol:But then again, I might have to declare the winning ones.

This is why they entered these rounds of bonus draws ....so I can't enter this into my tax forms...They will tell me it is not an all year round job for me...Only seasonnal....

I was wondering do the people that win these cars have to pay the GSt for their insurance???
Lottery gain shouldn't be taxable...At least in Canada...
 I would sue them for that...

I would think the car would be tax free, just like the rest of the lotto, Although I'm not sure.
However, I would think you might have to pay delivery, and of course insurance would be up to the owner.
It would be a good question to ask the lottocorp.:agree:

I see last nights Super 7 has 3 of my numbers, for tonights 649.:agree:

That could be a good sign...I have seen numbers that were drawn for super seven show in 649... but these Bonus Draws could throw that theory out the window.......Good Luck Anyway

Just a thought, but if the lotto were to do the bonus thing again, and give away cars, maybe they should do it by using the plus number instead, since this number is computer generated. It would increase there sales having players buy the plus.
I for one do not add the plus on my ticket purchases. Do the rest of you?
And another thought.... what was the point of these bonus draws, giving away cars ?

Here in atlantic it is called TAG...My cousin who don't play the tag and they all came up! A Person at work got them all as well and won 100,000 In NFLD the tag does go allot so I tend to buy it always....it is only an extra 1.00 and if we dont buy it it still shows up on the tickets but as not played... If it would not show up I would not play it but it does ...

Yes this is a good question....Why cars???
The grand prix of Canada is gone anyway...Why not give 5 prizes of 200,000$$$ instead or better add the prize to the next if nobody's win....we could end up with another million in sight...And I would play them...
But even better they could draw two regular draws the same night ....That would be great!

I think Sheba, it is called different things, in different parts of the country, ours is also a dollar, and if you don't play it that number still shows up as not played. I think the idea is that it entices people to play it, just in case they win.
I noticed the tickets I buy that, I do not play the extra, or plus number, or what ever you want to call, wins more often, than the ones I buy when I do purchase the plus.

Here they call it the extra...I don't play it because we can't choose them...I'd rather put my extra buck on another ticket for the big thing...I guess it is a personnal preferences...I have heard that some people last year won with it in the store where I buy my tickets...Unfortunatly or fortunatly depending on how you look at it...they had to share the 100,000$ between 20 people forming that group...
