Two questions for Lotto tutor!

Do you know if a reference exist on how the lottery system generates quick picks? I'm talking more on the program aspect of it!
Or any information available for it would be welcome!
And do you know if someone created wheels for the new 20 picks Banco game that is now played in Québec?
Thanks!

Thanks but this is not what I am looking for
the new banco game is a 20 pick game at five bucks for each pick and you can't play less than 20 numbers on your ticket. It is not like the 10 pick game keno were you can pick
either 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2 numbers. So the new game has been on for two months now in Québec
and the big payout for that game is 1 million
if you can gess either 15-16-17-18-19-20 numbers from the twenty drawed!
Thanks anyway!

In order to avoid any misunderstanding the new games is a 20 numbers pick game out of 70
numbers.The payouts are as follows
15 à 20/20 1 000 000,00 $
14/20 10 000,00 $
13/20 1 000,00 $
12/20 500,00 $
11/20 50,00 $
10/20 20,00 $
9/20 10,00 $
8/20 5,00 $
3/20 5,00 $
2/20 10,00 $
1/20 20,00 $
0/20 500,00 $

Maybe a keno wheel that fits could be found in the wheels section of www.lotterydirectory.com ?
Just as a wild thought, You might be able to develop something with the Cover Master wheel builder (avialable for free)at: http://www.sianotts.demon.co.uk/
It will allow a pool of 70 numbers but only up to 7 picks. Maybe there is something to be found by using a pool of 70 with 4 wheels of 5 numbers each?

Thanks to you Lotto Tutor....I'm working on it! And I might come up with a wheel for this new lottery unheard of...

P.S. The odds of winning are not as bad as they seem, the lower prizes are within the reach ! But what is hard to do is to make a cheap wheel that you can play regularly!
