Well, I'm quite far away from being a pro. Maybe someday.

Tonight, I did not play because I was looking at the numbers and couldn't decide on what was going to happen. I didn't feel at all confident. I think when this happens, it's better to just skip the draw and wait for the next day. Maybe things will look clearer then. I might play tomorrow.

hi robertl
i was sure on banco tonight that 10-14-23 would come out so i put 10$ on it they dropped the 23 darn it :(

noticed they played 5's tonight

Hi cynth. That was close. I see you were going with numbers that were going for their third appearance in a row? Has this strategy worked for you in the past?

Tonight, I didn't win. Got 3/4 though. 42-52-59-66. 58 showed up instead of 59. Why does it always do that I wonder! So, I am not a pro yet.

Lots of last digit 9 tonight. Didn't see that coming. I don't know how we can predict that a certain group is coming? If it was missing from the previous draw? The draw before only had 1 last digit 9. But it also had only 1 last digit 7, 6, 3, and 1. So which one to choose? I don't know until after the draw.

I understand pretty well the number mixing but the number selection, I have trouble with that. Hopefully, others can give is tips on this. :agree:

hi robertl
nothing to night for me either.
i played the 10-14 combination but nothing
didnt see te 9's coming either

i tried many strategies. i even printed all the numbers from over 5 years ago to see if i cna see a pattern but none that i have anoticed.
i even tried looking to see if certain days of the week certain groups play..but cant see it either.
any thoughts towards bance.

I'm back on the losing trail. I won twice a few weeks ago (4/4) and that's it. Now, I only get 2/4 or 3/4 if I'm lucky. :crap:

I was hoping more people would participate in this thread to help us beginners get started on Keno or Banco. :spiny:

I read the previous posts. For example, we should analyse odd / even distribution or how many numbers are repeats from the previous draw. I've done all that. I have the data... but I have no idea what to do with it.

There were 8 even numbers in the last draw with 12 odds. So what does it mean for tonight? I don't know. Even if I try to pick more odds tonight, there are 35 odd numbers to work with. That's too many. Same thing with repeats, there are normally six repeats per draw but I don't know how to work with that information.

Hopefully, more people will join us so we can find a solution on how to better pick our numbers. :agree: Winning 4/4 is not greedy. With a lot of work, It should be possible to win more consistantly and I'm ready to do that work if I learn how to do it.

you can classify high and low this way
high : digits ending in 1-5
low: digits ending in 6-0
if you have too many low today ( say 13 or 14 )play more high next day.
For most draws you will find that the H/L distribution is roughly 50-50
This and the O/E distribution may help you decide which last digits to focus on. Keep in mind a last digit that is "dry"
may take up to 3 days to come back strong.

hi roger
how are you
you were gone for many days.:((
glad you are back.
dry spell for me with banco.

you mentioned above that high=digits ending in 1-5
and low=6-0
so how can 61 be high and 66 be low...maybe i dont see it.!!!

luck to all
:)

sorry I meant 1-5 is low, 6-0 is high
61, 62, 63, 64. 65 = low
60-66-67-68-69 -70 = high

I don't have any luck with atlantic canada keno whatsoever, I can't afford to spend more than $1.00 every other day. Not daily? Quite frustrating.:dog:

Odds 1: 189 for 4/4
So at $1 per draw it could take up to 189 tries to win.
Ofcourse it can happen sooner.

Thanks for the tips Roger. Glad you're back. :)

I think that what you mean is if a specific group of numbers is not occuring as much as it should by probability rules for a few days then it's time to bet on them but don't expect them to show up immediately. It could take a few days for them to come back strong.

I noticed that before. For example, we have a few days with 1 or 0 last digit 2 and then I start to bet on them strong but only 2 appear for five draws in a row. Not helpful. But sometimes, after a group has been relatively dormant for a while, it appears slowly and then the group comes back strong (usually the day after I stop betting on them).

So it's a good tip. It won't work everytime but it's a good way to analyse the numbers. Divide the numbers in different groups. When you see a group that is dormant for while... bet on it for next few days.

If you have anymore ideas you want to share with us, let us know. :agree:

Or in my case, much later.
You can bet based on repeat positions.
What positions from 1 - 20 are the repeating numbers usually in...
Stay with those positions
Now some days you can nail 4 -5 this way.
Or via replay of the positions.
Don't stop at the last draw.....

My favourite draws to pick from
are:
1- immediate last draw
2-3 days ago
3- 5 days ago.

Note : Middle value position 10 from left & position 10 from right
are usually heavy repeaters.

Now that I posted this, watch the Keno Commisoner switch all the positions around tonight ...lol

Thanks for the new tip, Roger. It will take a while to analyse previous Banco results to see where the repeaters are. If I understand correctly, say we have this result:

01 - 02 - 03 - 04 - 05 - 06

and then we have this :

02 - 04 - 06 - 08 - 10 - 12

Numbers 02, 04, and 06 have repeated and they were in positions 1, 2, and 3 when they repeated. So if I find a lot of repeats in other results from these same positions, then maybe I should look at those positions as possible numbers that will repeat for the next draw.

But I don't know what you mean by "Or via replay of the positions."

These days I have been looking at adjacent pairs, trying to see which ones go with which ones. If, for the last few days, few or no adjacent pair has shown up from a specific decade then I will play adjacent pairs from that decade for the next draw. I don't have much success. I get some pairs right from different decades but never on the same line. For example, I had this:

03-04-42-43
08-09-49-50

03-04 showed up and 49-50 also. But that's useless since they're not on the same line. Now if I played all the adjacent pairs from one decade with all the adjacent pairs from a different decade, that would cost $100, too much money to risk.

yeah..I think you need to go through
a few days and then try not to pick your positions
so close to each other.
I just looked at some recent banco. position 10 seems to repeat quite often
it did last night, one down - so you only needed another 3 to win $100, if it skips
one day, it seems to repeat the day after..but keep in mind this is not science, this is gambling.

robertlanglois,

Winning at Keno isn't easy ..... even with 4/4 odds 1 in 189.

I'm no expert at Ontario Daily Keno like wwwRoger. However when I play i usually wait til I have a good feeling about the draw and pick 10 numbers then i randomly put together 8-15 lines using my numbers.

I've had some success with this method winning 4/4 twice.

Hope this helps

Jimmy70
Keep in mind that the odds of 4/4 ARE 1::189.25 - on a 20/70 matrix. On a 20/80 matrix the odds on the same occurance are 1::326.44.
