Tips for a beginner - winning 4/4

You will hit 4/4, it takes a few days but you will get there.
Just focus on last 2 days. pay attention to left and right of board
Wich last digit missing last 2 draws on left.

eg..numbers ending in digit 6 missing from left of the board 3 days ?
include a few of those.

Try to guess which pairs are coming eg:

1. 10-11
2. 69-70
3 . 55-57
4. 31-32

Then you mix like this

1 & 2
1 & 3
1 & 4
2 & 3
2 & 4
3 & 4

4 weeks ago I mixed pairs in this manner
I had 2 lines correct with $9 wager on each
and I got $1, 800.00 !!!

hi roger it sounds great but not everyone can wager 9 dollers per number picked.

some of us go to the extreme to win(like me spend a lot to get a lot.
but others like to be conservative and only spend 1 dollar per night.
so telling robertlangois to wheel so many combination is good but is he willing to spend so much per night.

lol everyone is on a budget really, unless they hit the big one like 649, normally I wager $2 max.
But lately for 4 number game I may cut down on the combinations and increase
the wager amount on a smaller number of combinations. It just depends how good I feel about the numbers.
Some people wager even more - I know people who bet $15 - $20 on a single 4 number combination. I am a relatively conservative gambler.

That's a good way to select combinations once you have chosen your numbers. If the pairs show up, you can win big as you did Roger.

My problem is more with the number selection. I just don't have it for now. I would absolutely be willing to spend that much on some combinations IF I had confidence in them. But as long as I haven't won one 4/4 at $1 I won't be going that obviously.

Is it a good idea to play mostly or only pairs that are consecutives? Such as 01-02; 66-67 etc. ? I noticed they come up a lot.

I divided the board into the two halfs. 1-35 and 36-70. I didn't play Saturday night because I didn't have time to analyse the numbers. But that night, 13 numbers above 35 came up. Also 13 odds vs. 7 evens. So my guess is that evens and numbers between 1-35 should show up more tonight. LD6 was completely absent from the board on Saturday.

So, maybe go with 6-16-26 tonight? In combination with some repeats from last night from the first half of the board? 02-15-18-23-27-34-35.

Also, 63-66-60 could be called "overdue" because they haven't shown up in 9, 10, and 11 draws respectively. They have to show up soon I guess.

I'll work out some 4 number combinations later tonight and we'll see.

Well, no luck last night. I was sure last digit 6 was going to make an appearance as it was missing from the previous draw. It didn't. So it has completely missed both the May 31 and the June 1 draws. I am expecting it to hit tonight of course.

Yesterday, I played 10-12-61-66 and got 3/4.

I'm not giving up yet!

So tonight, June 3, 2008, I finally hit 4/4.

Cost a lot of time and money to do it though... but that's normal considering this is my first win ever at this game

Got 02-33-62-63. I had a feeling for last digit 3 and the 60's so I played that. I made sure to only pick two from that decade and to make it an adjacent pair.

None of those numbers were in the previous draw though. 63 was overdue so I decided to take a chance on it considering I expected the 60's and last digit 3 to show up.

Now I need to do this more consistently and have more confidence in my numbers so eventually I can wager more than $1 on my lines. Once I can do that, then I may go for 5 number lines. We'll see.

I got another 4/4 tonight. 10-19-20-65.

But I still need to work on my number selection skills. For example, I didn't think the numbers 21 to 30 would show up tonight... 5 of those numbers did. But I still managed to win something.

I hope others participate in this thread to help us beginners get started.

I'm in Montreal so I play Banco. It's exactly the same as Ontario Keno, just a different draw. I guess the Quebec results are released faster.

I simply know nothing about computers or how to use what you people use,so I use the old fassion method,pencil and papper.
I go like this
1 2 3 4 1 2 3 5 1 2 3 6 1 2 3 7 and so on to cover every 4 in one line, so this line is for the 1 as a 1st digit.
you'll end up with 1 68 69 70.
then you'll have to move to use the 2 as a 1st digit,
ie 2 3 4 5 2 3 4 6 2 3 4 7 etc etc and you'll end up with
2 68 69 70.
now each one of those lines contain "you tell me how many 4s" lets use X
X 4s untill we get as far as 67 68 69 70, " how many 4s do we have now"?
so,since this is too far fetched to cover,and you will end up spending a lot more than you are collecting,I use a different method.
I'm a bit darring,even though my pudget is very limited,I play 7s
my numbers are.

now let us try those 7s on the olg site
we'll find that the 7 numbers
10 20 30 40 50 60 70 came 60 times 5/7 and 7 times 6/7
meaning"if all numbers have the same chance in appearing,
a 7/7 is over due for the 10 to 70.
now for the
1 11 21 31 41 51 61 came 71 times 5/7, and 4 times 6/7
and I'm talking about a 12 year period,1986 to 2008.
I had noticed one of the combonations came 3 times 7/7 in the 12 year period.
the olg link "Have your numbers ever won" is a very useful and helpful tool.

Well, I'm quite far away from being a pro. Maybe someday.

Tonight, I did not play because I was looking at the numbers and couldn't decide on what was going to happen. I didn't feel at all confident. I think when this happens, it's better to just skip the draw and wait for the next day. Maybe things will look clearer then. I might play tomorrow.
