I still wonder why Saliu shut down the thread on this topic. Most mysterious.
Hi Springbok,
I got the impression that the thread was closed because wajit in his last post
started talking about his high Ion5 strategy?
"The topic was changed to a different matter altogether."

Have you heard about Darrel Dolf's Dos program called 'Lona"? It used cycle analysis and then summed the most overdue 10 cycles to give the most occurring numbers to predict for the next draw(s)?

Hi Spot

Maybe Wajit was off topic but why shut down the thread. I think Saliu was dodging the bullet and used that as an excuse. He could have told Wajit that his reply was off topic and still answered my questions. Saliu has an ego higher than Mt Everest. I could repost it on another thread but I could get banned. I was banned by him once before because I queried some of his findings and had the post deleted. Maybe I will try again. Will check out the programme you mentioned:)

Two sets of pairs. First set is taken from high skips in the simulated files. Second set randomly produced by the computer, no skips taken into account. Kick off lunchtime Sunday.

Hi All,
I'm back online again... Talk about third world service :(

Anyway, back to the good things, give me an hour or two to absorb all that's been happening & I'll post a reply.

Regards
Patrick.

Long time no hear. I though maybe you had been reprogrammed by a crocodile or trapped in a snowstorm on Van Reenan's pass:) I have found internet connections in South Africa interrupted by electric storms or veld fires underneath HT cables which causes voltage drops in KZN. Once had my modem blown up by lightning in Bloemfontein-quite spectacular.

Hi, Patrick:
Do your system works for State KENO (10/20/80) now? If so, how can use it for Keno? Thanks.

Sim files

Looking at the Sim files, it would appear that they produce results in line with random expectations. In the 7/49 game each pair has a 29% chance of hitting in each draw. I ran some tests with the draadsitter(skipsitter), the most accurate filter for the next draw with the real data files. I think beyond doubt the real draws are totally relevant because if the filter is used correctly more often than not it hits next draw. For the testing I use it in the 6/49 game because a pair has a 25% of hitting next draw and I like nice round numbers and it is a little tougher. If history draws are relevant then I have to beat the random expectations. If you use the sim file with the draadsitter then is can forecast the pair in the next draw in that sim file. So it seems real draw results are relevant for the particular lottery that produces the results. Why I don't know. Sim files are superb when they are used in Saliu's Dos software because the real draws reporting is related to the sim files and vice versa. This makes the reporting pretty accurate.

Hi, Patrick:
I want to know which computer should be reasonable to run State Keno (20/80) by using your system? Also, how many historical lines are reasonable to load for my Keno? Last night, I were failed to load my data into the program even though I have tried it again and again from 1000 lines, to 800 lines and 600 lines. The status always was NONE LOADED and the system always refused to work for me however I can look at my part data on the area. Why? How can I do that next? Thanks.

Hi, Springbok:

What is your ALPHA METHOD for selecting lotto #s? Could you give me a link about it? Thanks.

Hi Lottowine

I assume Patrick has problems with his internet link and that is why he has not replied. Thinking about your not loaded problem, first check that your data file has two spaces on the left blank on the Excel sheet. I have no experience with Keno data though.

My alpha type files are basically separate files. Each file contains 24 pairings of numbers in a 49 ball lottery. Each file has different pairings. You can create these in the drawings analysis screen and save then under a name. The idea behind the pairings is that it is easier to spot patterns with pairs than with single numbers. We are chasing a single number embedded in a pair not both at the same time unfortunately. The idea behind this is pretty good.

Hi, Springbok:
Thanks for your sincere reply! I will check my data file again by your instruction. And I think you are a serious and smart player for Lottery by reading a lots your posts. So, I like to know your opinion about the both programs of MDIEditWE and Sangoma Winnalotto.
What's their difference or specialty? Which one should be more effective for playing the State Keno (10/20/80) according to your research and experience to lotto games? I will greatly appreciate for any sincere advises!!!

Hi Springbok

Started testing generated 20+ highs (just single pairs)........I load a generated sim file & pick the first 20+ pair I come across , recording results like so

Generated Pairs Lose Win Bet
1,2 w 2
2,3 w 3
3,4 L - -

Above are only examples , testing is going to take some time.........Trying this instead of the grids (using 49's as a test bed)
Take care endbox

Hi, Springbox:
It began to work when I reduce my historical lines from 600 to 280. But there are 19 Balls on the box only and lost the 20th Ball. How can correct the error? My setting are as below:
Step1: Number Balls: 80; Balls In Draw: 20;
Step2: Skip first: 0; Load Next: 1000;
Steo3: I checked both fields since I'm not using a key or a date.

And the lists on the box of data loaded are (from left to right):
Key---Date---Ball1--Ball2--......Ball19
The total historical lines were loaded by me are 280 lines. But the bottom line is the 281st line and all box are zero on the line. Is this correct?

In addition, on the Drawing Analysis screen: The default value is 5. But my computer was too hot to work normally when I changed the 5 to 280 and clicked the "Get history". So, which # put into the box is reasonable? Finally, the WinnaLotto User Manual is too simple to use i think. For example, the information pup up : "TProgrece Bar property out of range: when I made the filter analysis. And the page of Program disappear from my screen immediately when I click the button of SAVE. Thanks.

Hi Lottowine

OK, I am getting my head around Keno. The bookies here run a game called Rapido which seems to be another name for Keno. 80 balls, 20 numbers are picked and you are allowed to pick say 10.

Lets go over the loading procedure.
1) You click 80 balls and click on 20 balls.
2) Next step is you can skip so many past draws if you want to test an idea,
3)Then you can click on the number of previous draws you want to use.
4) Tick no key field
5) Tick no date field
6) Load data file and wait for it to sort itself out.

Now go to the drawings screen. DO NOT USE get history. Ignore the 5.Now you have a choice. You can look at single numbers, pairs or trips. Click on your choice, say pairs. Once the computer has sorted the pairs out you have to choose what you want to do. There are so many different ways. Lets look at the highs. Go to skip 1 and drag the cursor down, right click and click on the top thingy there. The skip 1 column should adjust itself and you look at the top pair with the greatest skip. Check to see what happened in the draws you missed out.
