That is the weakest point of integrity and security. I have read so many stories of lottery purchasers being ripped off by a dishonest retailer, who claims the winning ticket for himself. Just last week, 4 store employees were jailed for telling the customer that his ticket didn't win, then claimed the $100,000 prize!

Well now
For a start a biro is a writing implement which makes ink marks on a sheet of paper.

So you think I'm talking boxxxxxs, well here in the UK we are coming up to our third draw without a jackpot winner.

So 14,000,000 people got it wrong two weeks in a row. I find that hard to believe. Actually I only came to this forum looking for some Lotto management software, which I haven't found, so I'll leave you to bicker amoungst yourselves as to the honesty of the Lottery companies.

But when the truth finally comes out and an honest firm takes over ( Richard Branston's Virgin ) you can say you already knew what was going on in the UK.

That's unfortunate, but the fault lies with the stupidity of the ticket holder for not signing his name to the back of the ticket, and secondly, not to independantly check the ticket with other sources.
I hate to say it, but Stupid people who gamble, deserve what they get... buyer beware.

maybe i could make some money selling these here "biros".....wonder if there are patents on writing implements which make marks in ink.......seems to me i've never seen such a thing, but if i have, i can't remember where or when.....

Ohhh ... I get it ... quills!!! Mebe just trap some wild fowl, like you know, them ones with the red maple leaf on their downy butts. No real harm to the boids, just grab a fistful and let go. Could call it 'Pluck And Release' to keep the Greens happy, a renewable resource !! Name the venture Patriotic Pens and get a gov't grant to get started !! Yee Olde Worlde Pluckers !!
