Finally I can say that I fixed the error
of loading a database.

The reason was how XL2K handles arrays
and of what size.

Anyways, try it...

Hi Nick, I'm looking forward to having all the same difficulties as the others however I can't after 4 days even reach the server...I keep getting a gateway timeout....or are you getting that many hits for the program? I've tried repeatedly with no success. Any suggestions?

The only reason you can not see the page
may be because of some restriction on your browser or Firewalll

Hi Nick!
At last we 've got your application!!!

Using the new version 104 i think the database problem is solved!
But i have another problem, that it might be bigger!

I dont understand what this new stuff does

Can u be more specific what can i find out using each method?
E.g. for the 1st method 'Critical Binomial' what's the meaning of confidence and what the meaning of the results. I see rows of numbers and trully i dont understand a thing!

I'll provide a new way for final picks
based on the frequency of the selection of the Trials, which acctually is what each player is looking for, and in a way that the user can make his final decision as of the numbers to use...

I also do write the FAQ file for the program.

Do u think it is possible to filter our combinations by all lotto history draws? Why? Because all jackpot's numbers are not the same.

I did not include on this release the Global Filters
and the Filters of each method.

The Global Statistics of each method can provide
statistical analysis of the success of each method
and can be used as a good indicator.
The function will be included on some later version.

I'll discuss these filters on the forum and upon request.


I'll explain briefly each of the 5 methods used
for selection of numbers for your Lotto game.

Method 1: Critical Binomial
This method is based on the CritBinom Function of MS Excel.
You adjust the Input parameters to suite your needs
and then you press the Critical Binomial button
The most important parameters are "useDraws" and
"confidence".

Hi Nick,

I finally was able to download the program....turning off Norton AV did the trick....things seem to be OK aside from an error in the date which shows as: Selection for Draw 2117 of... 10/10/1901 in each method chosen. Has this already been adressed? I too am looking forward to further instructions for the proper use of this good looking program ... perhaps a tutorial or a way to print a hard copy of the help file for each method would be a bonus. Maybe there's a way , but Excel is not my strength.

Hi all,

I uploaded a new version of LottoSelectorXL, version 105

The following revisions/ additions/ modifications applied.

Added: e-mail button for databases
Added: Frequency of numbers selected by trials (To be applied to all procedures)
Fixed: Date application to Database issue
Fixed: Return to last used cell issue
Added: Color Selection Schemes for Hits


The "e-mail Database" option shall be used wisely.
Now you can select the color preference for the Hits.


Please post your ideas/ comments/ notes.
