Morning Alex,

When you run the program and you get "Results" / ( I call it "Output") and if a module is created to sort out a specific criteria, that "removes" a calculated Result/Output.
Then is that criteria lost?
(Till the program is rerun with the same variables.)

An example would be: If a module was built to act on the combination "Output" to remove combinations from that "Output"...
Lets say I want to remove all combinations that have 3 or more Prime Numbers, or I want to remove all combinations that have 3 or 4 specific numbers in them, or I want only combinations that have 2 number in sequential order.

The criteria data is only held within the variables for as long as the program is compiling, which includes the output to the SpreadSheet. Once the program reaches the End Sub then the varables are emptied.

With the Prime numbers you could just add an extra statement to the code to exclude any combination where there are <=3 Prime numbers.

With the 3 OR 4 Specific Numbers you could create another Defined Named Formula with the numbers that you want excluded, similar to the Decades.

With the 2 Numbers In Sequential Order you could just add an extra statement OR Function to the code.

Could the Output be sent/printed to another worksheet or file for retrieval if need be?

Yes, you just need to add code for the destination, this being the WorkSheet name and the cell range.

Unless I include (what ever I want to do) in the original module?

What I'm trying to say is; "what I see as output, is on the screen only", and not in a cell as usable data?

The results output to the WorkSheet DN Combinations Generator are values in the cells, therefore you can create formulas etc to do whatever you want to with that data.

Reviewing this thread, and a question occurred to me, maybe you have answered it somewhere else, have not found it yet though.
Hope I can form this question correctly the first time!

When CSNs progress from (CSN “1” to CSN “13,983,816”), they do so in a progressive pattern.
i.e.
1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 6 = 21
1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 7 = 22
and so on to:
1- 2- 3- 4- 5-48 = 63
1- 2- 3- 4- 5-49 = 64
1- 2- 3- 4- 6- 7 = 23
1- 2- 3- 4- 7- 8 = 25
and so on to:
1- 2- 3- 4-47-48 = 105
1- 2- 3- 4-48-49 = 107
1- 2- 3- 5- 6- 7 = 24
1- 2- 3- 6- 7- 8 = 27

Is this correct?
When the Macro calculates, it repeats this pattern to the last CSN "13,983,816"?
If so, then would not [any choosen] "SUM" reappear every number of iterations of the Macro?

I am not quite sure if I understand your question.
I can see that the totals you have are the sum of the numbers within each combination.
Are you saying that you want to know how many combinations have a set sum?

What I meant by "Progressive Patterns"?

To formulate CSN's the macro loops and a new CSN is created.

How many iterations of the macro take place before the same "SUM" appears again?

I do understand that the number of iteration will peak at "Sum Of 150 = 165772 Combinations" and then reverse.

So to get Sum 21 = 1 loop, Sum 22 = 2 loop, Sum 23 = 3 loop.
Question is how many loops/iterations to the next Sum 23? I used 23 as an example only.

I'm looking for the "LOOP COUNT" between the same Sum's as they progress to their maximum CSN combination amount.

Does this make it any clearer?
