simonsez said:I find it amusing that everyone is still using the original strings and not the core ones so much but that's perfectly fine!
blitzed said:I just noticed you mention "core strings" what are those?
blitzed said:Hey hey simonsez, you are most welcome, likewise thank you again for sharing your system! I was wondering ifya ever got your spreadsheet goin, asked about it here in the forum, but I guess you didn't notice, so I made my own
The spreadsheet is a start anyway...no longer have to scribble on paper or goof around in a notepad doc hah!
I'll try to add a probability chart as I did for the Daily 3 sheets. Perhaps I can add past draws as is...so we can also take into account the sequence in which the numbers were drawn.
A random scenario would be cool too, as I did for the Daily 3. I wanted to be able to test systems on a random scenario tooAnyway, a Fantasy 5 one would be way more complex since I'd have to figure out how to prevent duplicate numbers being generated in a random ticket.
seeya,

blitzed said:found your CORE instructions simonsez...slapped it into the sheet for Fantasy 5 and 6/49 as requested, just DL the latest.
anyway, yup I don't know much about spreadsheets either...as I mentioned this is the first one I've ever made and I started last week.
Now it is a hassle, noticed that when I insert new draw entries, the distribution shifts down to the previous cell, excluding recent draw entries from my distribution table GRRR! I can't tame it heh!
Anyway, I think I better just try to do track distribution in PHP for web page instead...and just use the use spreadsheet for probability charts and stuff.

simonsez said:If I can just get the pick 3 out of my system I will though. I'm really into that right now. It seems so much easier, ha ha. Like any of it's easy. I think it's going to help me make better strings in the future, though. There's just so much to learn about lottery!
simonsez said:Blitzed, I am so glad you went ahead and did this because I just am having a doozy of a time trying to learn Excel. I think sometimes I want it to do too many complicated programs and can't figure out the formulas. I'm aware that Excel can do pretty much everything, (at least that' what I've heard) but it's all about the formula, isn't it?
Hi blitzed!blitzed said:hah! understandable simonsez, whatja got goin for Daily3?
I'm multitaskin now too...tweakin numbers and trying to work out systems and spreadsheets and even PHP lottery web app stuff for Fantasy5, Daily3...been neglecting SuperLotto Plus lately heh!
It would sure be nice to have it all worked out, get all the ideas & work laid out, then simply set back and play the numbers heh!

simonsez said:Hi blitzed!
I've got lots of pick 3 systems on another lottery forum, don't know if I'm allowed to post the link so I won't. Look around and maybe you'll find it.
Hi blitzed, blitzed said:Hi simonsez, please just email the links to me. My address is on the contact_me sheet in the lottery spreadsheet that I made.
After you mentioned the pick3, I was inspired to program a pick3 wheel on my pick3 page, check it out

simonsez said:Hi blitzed,
I just tried emailing you to your email address on the contact page but it wouldn't go through. I will try again. And I'll definitely check out your wheel!
Flexalong said:Repeating numbers from past 2 draws really pose a problem for me as they rob my chance of hitting any prize. But I cannot include them in my group of numbers as it will be too much to play.
Help Simonsez! anyone HELP!!!!!!![]()
Flexalong said:Thank you so much for the advice, Simonsez!
I am lousy or should I say lazyat spotting trends, bias, hot/cold/due numbers.
I am thinking of using a software as a reference when it comes to number selection.
Any good ones to recommend?...GH?
simonsez said:Hi Flexalong!
Pick the ones that seem like they are "hot" numbers or pick ones that have only shown up once and are "due" to hit again.
simonsez said:I am lousy at at spotting trends also.
simonsez said:You're welcome,Flexalong! I am lousy at at spotting trends also. If you want a program to do that for you then GH is very good, my favorite of all softwares. Many charts on there to tell you what are hot numbers and cold but I'm not sure if Singapore's results are included in that software. You might have to punch in all of your past drawings by hand come to think of it. It will make the charts for you after you do that. I would write to the website and see what software they have avalilable for your country. I recently asked a question and they took almost 3 days to get back to me so don't be alarmed if they take awhile to answer.
