Yeah George...I see your point...and shortly with the advent of satellite radio FM will become redundant too. I do find it useful when I'm 40 mi. west of Timmins in the bush looking for a weather report for fishing the next day....no FM up there.

They all are... ...they are comfortable with the horrible AM quality because most people are resistant to change... ...I see this very clearly in my line of work... ...you improve something, they see its different and complain. Because of this, my collegues and I bend over backwards to disquise a change where it is totally transparent. There are times its just not possible... ...most of the time it is... ...when the plan is to make a change transparent and no one noticed, I did my job well.

This phenomenom is called resistance to change, commonly found in older people, I came across this years ago, when I worked for the bay,most of the employees were senior ladies, and when they introduced new electronic registers, which are common place today, in all retail outlets, there was a high turn over, they just would'nt except change. pity really.To a degree, I quess we are all like that, even on this board, there are those not willing to change.

All you believing the olgc is and honnest organisation think twice. I have been watching there draws for the longest time specially the super 7 and 6/49. Now since most ppl when selecting there own numbers always take the same digits and stick to them the olgc computor tracks those selections out. If u want to confirm this i invite u all to take all the draws or the super 7 in the last year and take a close look at there combination you will all notice repetition of the 3 same numbers in many of there draws. So yes its waisting your money to play. The only chance you have to win is to let them selct there own numbers on quick pick and even then take a close look at theire quick pick you'll also notice they will very often reapeat3, 4 even 5 numbers on and 11 dollar full super 7 quick pick selection. I think Al Capone was running a more human business.

yup its eay to have 2 set of full balls with different diameters not noticible to the human eye and wait a few hours after the closure of a lottery draw allowing the computer to select the lowest payout combination. And then this lotteries scaming organisation make a nice appearence pretending the draw is supervise by this so called white colors (VIP,S), and videotaping there circus makig it look so legal and fair... I don't know how it's done over there, but usually the payout is set to a fixed percentage of sales. This is regulated through mechanisms like the jackpot.
There is no incentive to manipulate anything because then the "saved" money would be paid out on through later draws.
