I have lost more money in the stock market in the last 2 years than playing the lotto by doing it the conventionnal way...In fact these days stock market is just like playing lotto but you have less choices...I once said to one adviser of good investments that he did not know anything about what he claimed to know....Think about it when you go to a bank if the person in front of you was so good in knowing this or that that same person would be rich already by putting good placements of money in some stocks...It is different when you invest in foreign places with a up to 20% interest earned (what I am doing actually) You only need to have 5,000$(minimum you have to put in any account) to start with ...you put that money yourself in a bank account abroad ...of course you can loose it all and you don't have a card to withdraw your money...But at the end of the year you have 20% more that you can take out....For good stock markets investment go abroad don't fool around in a Canadian bank for this...
I agree with you about playing the lotto overboard ...nobody should be doing that...I for one am not I'm always way inside my budget...On your claim that the less lines you play the better it is I'm going to say that this is why the less numbers you play the better it is...

With that in mind, if you can't afford to play alot cash, you shouldn't because if you play one dollar or a thousand dollars your chances of winning the jackpot don't significantly improve.

Yes your odds SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE.
Now lets work with quickpicks here.. and lets assume that with every purchase we're gonna get a totally different set of numbers. Meaning no cloned quickpicks.

Since you get 3 7 number sets on Super7, the odds of winning are 1/20,963,833 on a $2 ticket.

Now what if we spend $20 to get 10 tickets!?
Well then your odds of winning go from 1/20,963,833 to 10/20,963,833!!!! So then you're going with 1/2,096,383.3
So 20,963,833 - 2,096,383.3 = 18,867,449.7

YOUR ODDS IMPROVE SO SIGNIFICANTLY IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY.
I admit, you still have a less than a 1% chance of winning but spending more money on lottery tickets definately increases your chances of winning.. The problem is, the more you spend, the less the odds increase.

Ex) $20 - $40 -> 2,096,383.3 / 2 = 1,048,191.65

Now the difference of buying one ticket and $20 is 18.87 Million....
But when you go from $20 -> $40 it's a mere 1,048,191.65.
I guess you gotta figure out, how much do you want that difference to be when you're factoring in your lottery ticket spending.

Yep it did predict 7/16 and actually on the same day same config matched 5/8 which is fantastic considering the odds...

Completely 2 diff. settings ...the 1st one all are checked ..the 2nd have some processors not checked..

Remember the 1st setting is the one that nailed 7/16....However the other settings are NOT USELESS......

What adrenaline rush!? The vanity of this lotto is stupid, most of the time the jackpots aren't even large enough to compensate for the odds.. Not to mention the government pockets around 43% of all the money that is put into this lottery. The only reason why I started playing was because I thought I could win but so far I've just been throwing away money.

Does anyone here actually make money on the lotto?
