Any New Filters Anyone?

Kosteczki, looking at past winning numbers when you have an idea something is fixed, or that you know that in a certain month a ball is scratched, dented, etc, or that you want to predict the physics of how the ball travels in the machine, and how they will be drawn is a different thing. But it seems you don't agree with any of these criteria, that is what I am trying to say here. I myself look at past numbers, but that is for all of the above mentioned reasons. You are looking at them and telling me that just because a combination has already appeared, it has a less chance to appear again, and THAT is NOT true, it may sound logical, but that is just psychological, if you give a bit of a thought into it, you will determine that it has the same number of odds as any other combination.

Like I have mentioned, like a million times, tomorrows drawings has NOTHING to do with yesterdays if the lottery isn't fixed or any of the balls are damaged. The BALLS HAVE NO MEMORY. If today's combination is 1-22-31-35-39 then tomorrow that combination is just as likely to occur as any other combination. The balls in the machine don't turn to them and say, "Joe be sure to be anything that is not 1", "Albert, you cannot be 22", "Steve don't draw 31". No they do not do that I would hope not. You have to realize, that each draw has a life of its own. One draw has nothing to do with another. The only reason you haven't seen the same winning combinations is because in a Mega Millions, there are 172 MILLION combinations, and so far, there has been ONLY. 16,000 draws. That only utilized 0.00932% of the lottery! Believe it or not! The reason why the same combinations haven't come up is not because they are already winning combinations, but because there are SO MANY COMBINATIONS to choose from (172,000,000), yet the lottery only chooses 1. The odds of choosing any combination are low to begin with. That's why you don't see any recurring combinations.

And there are lotteries out there that have more than 1 winning combination that are exactly identical. Winning combination 1-2-3-4-5-6 tomorrow has exactly the same odds as 1-2-3-4-5-6 today. Because they are not depended on each other, IF the lottery is not fixed.

Before you reply again with some bashful post, re-read what I wrote, and read the articles that I posted before. Before you haven't even READ the articles I posted till a few posts after it. How can you understand if you don't WANT to understand?

You are repeating what I said it's just logical and not necessarily the probability.

Again something I have all ready said.

I still cannot understand why you keep saying I don't understand or don't want to understand. All you keep saying is past draws do not reflect onto the future, and I say I believe you because it is somewhat true odds stay the same, but then you go back and say the same thing again. we are going in a circle. I have stated numerous times that I BELIEVE YOU THAT ODDS STAY THE SAME. But you may as well use a little logical thinking to help you choose numbers, I am not saying that you will pick the right ones, but hey it can't be worse than just picking quick picks. (btw using just logics no math I picked a combination and the following draw one of my quick picks was the exact same)

anyways I am tired of going in a circle with you this thread isn't going anywhere you repeat the same accusations and questions I answer them with a little more to add and you just restate the same questions/accusations.

what ever bro I am done, this isn't going to get us anywhere.

Although, during the course of the thread, you have become quite abusive, you do ask an interesting question.

"Why do people look at past winning numbers ?"

It reminds me of a discussion that I am afraid to have with my own father.

"Why have you played the same combination for the past 20 years ?"

I am glad that you were brave enough to ask the question.
