Here is what my program reports for the next draw along with a colour
code of hits/bonus number we had...
(the bonus number:notme: could show up anywhere)

(either four, three, or five hits most of the time from here) :agree:
01 02 03 06 07 11
12 14 15 17 18 19
20 21 24 25 26 27
32 33 37 39 40 41
43 44 45 47 48 49

No more than three from here is most likely:
(1 hit came from here in last draw)
04 05 08 09 10 13
16 22 23 28 29 30
31 34 35 36 38 42
46

For the last 1000 draws, we had the following results:
[4 and 2]: 335
[3 and 3]: 265
[5 and 1]: 236
[2 and 4]: 089
[6 and 0]: 049
[1 and 5]: 022
[0 and 6]: 004

Good luck to all players:agree2:!

Regards,
George:)

Just as I predicted, 6/49 sales were higher instead of going down. Instead of buying just one ticket, too many silly system players continued to waste money on wheels and sales increased by 63% from the previous Wednesday!

A lot of players naively predicted boycotts or lowered jackpots, but the $17,284,250 in sales were so much higher than expected that the jackpot actually ballooned to $4,693,708 instead of $4 million. However, less than 20% were paid out in prizes, which is the lowest payout rate ever in a 6/49 draw. I predict that players blinded by greed will wheel at least $28 million in sales for Saturday, so the jackpot will be more than the advertised $10 million. Despite higher prices, lower odds (1:65) and lower payouts, players believe-it-or-not will actually buy even more tickets than before.

Now that the lottery corporations' "extensive consumer research" has proven that their customers are stupid suckers, expect them to take full advantage and raise more prices. Lotto Super 7 will probably be next, with a price increase of at least 50% to $3 for 3 tickets. :heul:

Do you know how many quick picks were played yesterday??? Just asking because if you take a good look at it...You will notice that only a minority of the total tickets sold are coming up from wheels.... So who are these stupids players...??? :lol:And for Super 7 ....I will keep you inform about possible changes....I own these scoops..

$17M means 9M sets sold/played. Sales were lower or about the same per items sold you moron! $2 a pop instead of $1 needs to be factored in, does it not? Money taken in was higher and it could drop when the novelty wears off, we will see:notme:.

George:)

Let's see should I play 6/49 or keno..6/49 or keno :rolling:

Winnings for 4 correct

6/49

4/6 9 % of the Pool's Fund odds: 1 in 1,033 : 4 = $64.90

keno
...............................$1.....$2.....$5.....$10
4 #'s 4/20 odds:1/189 $100 $200 $500 $1,000

think I have my answer :bounce:

That's the problem George, sales are the same - at double the price.

Tough to see sales/playing trends from one draw

One thing is for sure, these smaller prizes got alot smaller:

.............winners

4 $87.60 11,117 = May 29th
4 $64.90 8,088 = June 2 = fewer winners, decrease in prize

5 $2,554.10 199 = May 29th
5 $2,036.40 136 = June 2nd = fewer winners, decrease in prize

Very tough to hit this if you can't get a decent wheel going. :dang:

My 2 cents worth, for what it's worth (I've haven't been around all that long so I'm not part of the core group anyway) is that after night's draw, that's it for me. I'm through. I'm not playing the Can 6/49 anymore. I'm not proficient or lucky enough for it to be more than just a waste of time and money. At least for the forseeable future. I'll see some of you on the regional/provincial postings and even though I'm not exactly mainstream, maybe in the Question and Answer forum as it still applies to Ont 6/49 and other lottos. So, my Very, Very Best Wishes to All of you and Good Luck to those who stay in the Can. 6/49!

You know George, I hit 3 + B last nite with a DN but because I couldn't use my normal wheel, I only played a small 15-line wheel for $30.

hit only $10 :dang:

A few draws back when I hit the same thing it was $260

People don't realize this jackpot is insanely difficult to hit - the odds are crazy. Smaller prizes are the key - $500 - $50,000.

The odds in Ont649 are the same as 6/49 but with fixed prizes.
Might look at that one but keno still offers better odds.

All those 3+ are a 2+ win for $5:clap:... ...don't throw out your tickets too quickly.

A three hitter should be $20:burnt: in my mind!

The ratio of paid and won in Ontario 49 is just like 6/49 was:fairy:... ...a 4 hitter is fixed at $50 which would be $100 for 6/49 before the increase. The 5 hitter prize was where you would think twice.

George:)

Unfortunately, for me, I didn't catch any of those 2+B hits  :bawl:

I need to configure a new wheel - fewer DN's with lower prize guarantee :agree:

The price of 649 has doubled but do you now win $20 for 3 numbers? All of these "people" who said they want bigger prizes...who are they and when did this poll take place? When you consider the enormous odds against winning the jackpot, you would have to be pretty dim to want to double your stake. I have to wonder what the REAL reasons are for a 100% increase for a ticket. I would hope consumers will NOT increase their weekly outlay.

That is the best way of putting it up Beaker....And gradually we will see a shift from 6/49 to keno or Banco here...This lotto is doom...not immediatly but in the long run...less and less people are going to play it Nationwide...This is the twist to this new lotto..
It should increase the Provincial...And decrease the National...It will die slowly...
As it is it would be even better if they didn't pay anything else besides the Jackpot ....
Somebody somewhere it seems...wants to kill every lotto that is Nationwide in Canada...

I dunno about that... ...all the quick pickers will still play, maybe not as much... ...for those who were playing once a week for $1 would probably still do the same at $2... ...roughly $5 a month won't break anyone I know... ...do you know anyone. A $2 here, a $2 there... ...it all adds up:eek:.

A smart player like yourself knows better... ...how many like us in Canada know beter? Not too many is the answer and the a$$holes who decided to increase know that:agree:. They are $$banking$$ on it.

Only thing they did is, killed our way to play:burnt:. $20 and for a 3 hitter is more fair and they won't pay that... ...CROOKS!
