6/49 Discussion For April 17, 2004

Shirazbai: here's my thinking......
We know 10 million dollar draws are usually birthdates, so 31 and under.
I'm picking 31 to repeat, so with that 31, I like you like the pairing of 5/31. Thats 2 numbers down, 4 to go.
Since I'm going with 5, I'm going to play the LD-5, so I'm taking the 15, three numbers to go.
Beakers rule... invert the 31, and play the 13. Two numbers to go....Whew!!!! Almost there, I can see the check now, I hope they get the spelling of the name correctly.
And if I play the 13/15, I gotta play the 7 with that.
This is how I build my sets.
I key in on my DN's and add from there.

I see exactly the way you're thinking, Peter. Thanks. I'd be going along the same lines too. What stops me is the fact that I've already decided to go high, just like you've decided to go low. If I did go low though, my numbers would be very similar (if not identical) to yours.

The force is strong with 5/31 and its cousins, but It's not ready to do damage yet, in my opinion.

5/31 came last in 2094, 2080 before that, 2000 before that
5 alone in 2105
31 alone in 2106

This is 2112 coming up. Too soon for 5/31 combination, IMO. It's certainly due, but they came separately in back to back draws 6 draws ago. I think that broke it up (delayed) a bit.

Just looking at my 43 file.
Last night we had 19/43, we saw these two in 2105, and 2106. the 2 numbers at the front of those draws are 5 and 7.

15 and 45 are there too and according to LD history, LD-5 is favoured to come up after LD-zero and/or LD-9 has hit. That's if given the choice of the LD's 8 and 5, the ones that are behind all the rest and need catching up.

I'll run my unmatched LDs thingy later....Last time that I have put it on the board I was wondering about the low % very rarely seen....(all of them under 50% of chances)I found it very strange at the time....
What happenned???
4 LDs of 00 showed up in the very next draw...If I had been more clever I would have known that something like that was coming up...I won't make the same mistake next time...

Best two candidates for draws that end in a two are, 39 and 46, having both come 42 out of 211 times.

Good thing I posted my picks almost an hour and a half before you posted that, Peter. Some might have thought I was "borrowing" those from you, since both are in my set. ;)

Now that I've abandoned #49, I get the sneaking feeling that it will finally show up. So far I see that only Bones has played it.

I'm glad to see damien you read the discussions, in paticular picking my set of
2,5,7,9,13,15, but you left out the 31. nice set, I thought I recognized it.
At least if half of my numbers came from else where, I would give credit where credit is due, and not pawn off a set as my own.
Good luck with them.

Peter, five of my 649 picks are in Maggie's little set of 8 super-7 picks. I think that was a bit harsh, no?

P.S. I put Damien's name in the quote above in bold only to make sure no one thinks Peter was directing the quoted at me, since I'm the one replying to it.

No, I don't think it was to harsh, you and I talked about this set yesterday, I don't mind others using numbers from myself, but I do mind when Damien, who does'nt participates in the discussions posts the very first 6 numbers in my set, and lets others to believe this is his super set.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for any glory here, but if a person said, Ya, I like those numbers too, and there on my list, hey great, alot of times I will have the same numbers as Beaker, or Maggie, and we discuss this, thats all I have to say.
I don't post a big set, so when I post 7 and the first 6 from someone else is identical, what would you have me believe.
Keep posting Shirazbai, I enjoy reading your posts, you sound like a player to me.:agree2:

Okay, thanks for the clarification Peter.

I'm going back to dabbling with "least due" idea. Not simply "cold" numbers and/or LD's, but specifically "least due" at that particular time. In other words, the way most of us usually pick numbers and number-groups most likely to come up after a certain event or group is drawn - I'm taking the same approach but from the other end. I want to explore what the least probable group of numbers is likely to come next after a certain group-event and see what kind of winning/losing sets I can come up with. Should prove interesting.

Just like the long overdue LD-zero hit like a hurricane a few draws ago (and many were expecting it, including myself), I expect a draw in the near future with all "least due" numbers.
This is a good strategy when combined with other things :agree:
