You'll find you get pretty good results playing up to 4 numbers out of any one decade no matter low or high (so at least a quarter of your selection)
Because by past results it has show very common that at least 4 numbers from any one decade will come up.

Then pick then make your other picks a mix of singles and pairs from various other decades to complete your Ten Number Pick.
