I was wondering if anyone has or knows of a place I could get all the winning numbers for the western 649, ontario 649, Quebec 649 and Atalnatic 649. In a downloadedable format like excell.

Opps that's Atlantic.

I would also add to the list any 649 lotto out there in the rest of the world as well.

Thank you,

Try Nick's LottoStatistics site for some of the files you mentioned.

The Czech Sportka site has a listing of their prev draws, and then a link to the most recent. Theirs is not a download format but displays in an easy to copy text.

databases of history

Personally, I think databases that track history are a waste of time and effort. All they should do is give one a % of numbers drawn for each position. (maybe expose cheating) How? If one knows all quantities for each possible position in advance then one knows, over time, how these numbers occur. There will be slight variations in the short term unless cheating is going on. When there has been aprox 2400 draws only, what is the short term?

I also do not believe (at least so far) that no lotto drawing is in any way rigged. W

This is what you believe. How can you know this other than what you have been told? I don't want this to be the case any more than you do but I suspect that some lotto drawings in some places are sometimes rigged. Even though it appears to be just logical, there is too much fantasy and power riding on the whole scheme for it to be completely clean, always. The lottery has become a powerful institution in so many ways. The belief that it is clean and never rigged is like believing that politicians never lie.

no comparison of the 2

I believe politicians lie very frequently. So, no comparison of these 2 entities can relate. Do the Canandian, and Lotteries elsewhere require Public Certified Accountants to audit the procedings? In the U.S. they do. Lotto industries have to be honest as they can be "caught mathematically" in many cases. Perhaps not at first, but eventually they will be found out.
One way you may check this mathematically is to check the outcome of all numbers by %. If there are some big swings of % within each number drawn by position, (lowest to highest) compared to all possible quantites by position (%). ---some dishonestly may be happening. But, one time or a few won't tell the tale. It has to be a consistent distortion. W

I have everything in any country and all lotteries. I use Lotto pro so I have all the databases. Send me an email or post it and I will reply to it with those databases.

Yes, the Canadian lotto corps do require Public Certified Accountants to be present for the draw part of the procedure anyway. As for the rest of the procedure... :notme:

W Kaenzig, currently from the databases I have there is about 16,000 draws ( I know I am still missing a bunch) but so far I have checked the frequency of all numbers drawn and they are all right on or very close to each being drawn 2.04% of the time. Which is the aevrage not counting the bonus number. These databases are for that theory I was working on

I got a few of the databases from Lotto Pro, but for some reason the atlantic 649 database won't let me open it with excell.

Also the following lotteries I couldn't find any 649 databases in lotto pro
Michigan Winfall 6/49
Virginia Lotto South 6/49
France Lotto Nationale 6/49+b
Hong Kong Mark 6- 6/49+b
India SuperLotto 6/49
Portugal Totoloto 6/49

my email is mbadura@hotmail.com so if you have these and want to send them it would be greatly appreciated.

2.04% ??

Hey kosteczki, I don't understand the 2.04%. My calculations show that each nr should show up 12.24%. One arrives at this by simply taking 1,712,304 (each nr shows up this amount of times) and dividing by the odds (13,983,816). However, I was referring to position, not overall. W

BTW I haven't checked Indiana lately. But the big one used to be 6/48. Unless they recently changed. W
