Which pick X lottery is more likely to produce winnings?

The game I am playing picks 20 numbers out of 70, but on a ticket I can choose anywhere from to 2 - 10, and 20 on another slip. I had minimal luck with picking 10 and not much better picking 2 or 3 (although there I won the most $50, lol). Of course smaller picks pay a lot less but are they truly more likely to produce wins? According to odds yes, but what your experience is?

Hi Hobo,

It sounds like you are playing KENO. Why not ask your question on the Keno board? You might get better answers.

Hi Icewynd
I actually play Banco, which is pretty much the same
I didn't realize there was a Keno board, I found it, thanks
Still my question is of a general matter, I would think it applies to all pick games, ?

hiya hobo, some people win Keno/Banco, but they usually let many picks ride.

I guess you just need to sit down and set your goal, how much money you have to burn, pick the best "odds/prize" combo to shoot for.

I would probably aim for "Type of Wager" 5,6,7.

say you are trying to match 5of5 to win $250, and you spend $5 on bets, at least ifya hit 4of5 you get your $5 back, that is something:hair:

some people play the 2,3,4 but bet $2, $5, or $10, so if they beat the lower odds they end up with a better prize.

anyway, you might wanna checkout some of my webpages ifya haven't already.
