Which one is the best program for selecting lotto #s

Hi, Everyone:

Could you let me know which one is the best program for selecting lotto #s for any lotto game such pick 3/4/5/6/10 in the world by your opinions and experiences? Thanks

it's Free and it did predicted 7/16 in Super 7 back in 2003 or so. Also predicted 6/49 5+/14 the following week.
Too bad we didn't have funds to play the above wheels. Bottom line is it worked back then. It's been a long time I haven't played with it. But that might change very fast.

That's the right place... It's only his selection of numbers (not a program)
It's from 7/04 to 8/05 and he posts his top 20 numbers.

I guess we have to ask Andrew if he could make a new version that would work with Vista (if he has time).
