Vtrac Concept

Wonder if anyone here has heard of or tried the Vtrack concept ?
Compulotto say they can guarantee winning combinations every month for any pick 3 game. Curious to know how many combos would have to be played (1000 ? ). Any thoughts or experiences ?

I see I'm not the only one going through old posts, that's where I found the link too . Wanted to hear actual experiences of ppl who bought the system because the guarantee sounds like hype, an expensive one at that.
I tried the free version of the concept on BC Daily 3 going back many draws with absolutely no luck ...
