Sorry, I missed this post but was tied up timewise all weekend.
Did you find a doorknob with some twine for your problem? Maybe Jack Daniels, gave you some good advice? (Not the dentist, bud!?) hehehehe...
Hope you are feeling as well as can be expected, blitz. Tooth problems are no picnic...

hiya teufellj, nah I just bit down on somethin the wrong way and chipped a molar...so it was really sensitive for about an hour, but not so much that I had to crack open the liquor cabinet heh!

anyway, in recent years changed my eating habits a lot since I'm gettin older and teeths are brittle...a few years back I had a molar implode, and had to suckle whiskey for a few days til I could get in to dentist...man that cost $3k outta pocket to have a few molars yanked, root canal & crown. I had better rustle up more lottery wins prior to my next dental visit har har!

I hope you have had an opportunity to get some fishing done. Glad to see the forum still going.
