Hi blitzed,

I move between VA and Belgium, Europe.
When i'm in Europe (like now) there is no problem at all. I use Western Union for it, there is a fee involved, but i rather use WU than a credit card.
But, i have only funded my account twice so far, and the last time was over a year ago, just after i started playing.

I have spent a year to come up with a viable strategy, and now it is paying of.
I must say that i have put quite an amount of money into my online account (well, it is all relative ofcourse, for some people that would be peanuts while others would go nuts lol)
I have put it there because with the strategy i'm using, i need a bankroll, in case i have a dry period. At this moment i'm without a straight hit for 23 days.
It is not the longest time i've had, and i don't worry about it.
I'm not in for the fast cash, the strategy i use requires patience. The hits will come, the game will decide when, but in the end the $$$ will flow to my account.
I have some months i only win a few bucks, other months a few hundred.
And i only play $0.25 per number at this moment. I don't do any withdrawls so far. I build up the account, and then i will switch to $0.50 per number. Then i will go to $1 per number. It will take at least another 4 months, if my calcs are somewhat close to reality, before i am at $1 per number. But then also the profits per months will be X 4.

Patience, that is critical when using the strategy i'm using. No "on the fly" bets.
At this moment i play only $27.75 per day, 6 states. I play them until a number from my group comes in. If one stays away, and away and away, another group will come in and feed the $ for the other group. Also, i created a progression-tool in visual basic, and i follow it as if it was my bible ;-)

NC eve:
NC is a very "young" state, it only has had 244 draws so far, so the statistics don't represent very much...

where is sum 16 ? It has not hit for 48 draws, and it has an average skip of 14.49 draws.
LDR 6 (sums 6, 16 and 26) has had a skip of 41 draws, and is now at 6 draws
Root 7 (sums 7, 16 and 25) is at 48 draws also, 5.4 times due.

Let's look at the boxed 6-ways that have not shown in NC so far:
457, 479, 478, 456, 123, 125, 128, 137, 146, 019, 058, 034, 026, 018, 157, 169, 345, 356, 368, 268, 248, 245, 159, 237
So this is a group of boxed numbers, 24 to be precise, that have not shown.
Some of them will stay away up to 800 draws. (or more..., but it is rare --> in NJ eve 013 has not shown up for 818 draws...)

The following, boxed, pairs are somewhat "missing":
25, 35, 39, 05 and 57


There is, for every state, a 3-digit-serie, these are 3 digits that form a "string" throughout the draws. One or more of them hit, and as long as that goes on the 3-digit-serie stays "alive".
At this moment the longest running 3-digit-serie in NC eve is made of the digits 0, 7 and 9, with a hit percentage of 42.2% (14 hits in 11 draws, so, 11 draws = 33 digits, and 14 of them were 0, 7 or 9)
Now, i have seen some 3-D-series run up to 30 draws in pick3. The critical point for a 3-D-serie floats around 17 or 18 draws, that is the median.
So what i'd do is only play numbers that have either 0, 7 or 9 in them. (or 2 of them or even all 3, that happens sometimes)
There are currently 21 3-digit-series running in NC eve, and the majority of them have digit 7 in them.
Pairs 07 and 17 seem to be hot,
but the 03 pair is very hot.
017 and 037 and 137 seem to be ready to hit, or at least one of them. (now, i can't promise anything :look: , i am not clairvoyant lol)


Every state has its own story, and the story pretty much changes every few days, sometimes every day.
The trick is to be able to find that data within an acceptable timeframe.
