The Multi-State Lottery Association (MSLA) has devised the Sucker Plan to bilk suckers out of billions of dollars. MSLA pays lottery merchants to collect the money for them. Everyone makes money, except the suckers, who play the game. The Sucker Plan is to sprinkle a few payouts here and there to lure suckers into playing the Game of Sucker. As the suckers come by the multitude, dreaming to become rich, they go broke. Why does the Sucker Plan work? The reason is that the multitude of people in the world are born, raised and will die suckers. Don't be a sucker all of your life! Join the Master Plan.

The Master Plan is designed to put real dollars in the pockets of our members. Group members, who join the Master Plan, will make five dollars per sucker they refer to join the Master Plan. Just count how many suckers are in the world. Five, ten, hundred or even a thousand suckers. Multiply that times $5. This is how much money the Master Plan will pay you as group members.

This is definitely a spam message--if one research the "retired veteran's" homepage/website..it is REALLY obvious that he is only in it to make himself money. His site has no tracking information, all monies go to him directly, and no address or telephone number given for contact information--not even a PO Box!

My personal opinion is that true retired verterans are 100% more honorable than this guy or gal...again remember there is NO tracking information...even with the website.

Very shady...yes he/she did recently get kicked off another forum for continuing to spam after he/she was told to stop spamming and using the forum for his own personal illegal gain.

Did anyone review the website...very illegal lottery activity is what he/she is trying to perform, but we are all to smart for the BS.

Perfect name because I think he/she very seldom tells the truth!
