I can't believe that a country, and I'll paraphrase Cleo, that has a higher intellectual level, cannot institute, a simple procedure to vote that is the same right across their entire great nation,

The greatest conspiracy is how a party that commits the greatest scandal in Canadian political history (Adscam), makes a "slight error" in the estimate of the cost of a Gun Registry (supposed to cost $2 million but costs $1 billion) and gets reelected.
