I thought after I posted that E/O doesn't really work for Pick 4, because you have all these combos that are neither one nor the other, they're both (2E+2O)!

I'll have to do some thinking about how to narrow down that second number.

OK, I had a couple of ideas. Lets see if they work...

Most out at second (kinda sounds like a baseball statistic ):
9 out 53 draws
6 out 29 draws
1 out 19 draws

So, front pairs 19, 16, 11

Also, lets try Teuf's idea about the mirror numbers. Mirrors for the last 3 second digits are:
4 = 9
3 = 8
2 = 7

So, this method would suggest playing front pairs 19, 18 and 17.

And, one more idea -- most frequent second digit since the start of the month. Here we have:
4 = 11 hits
2 = 7 hits
3 = 7 hits

Coincidently, these have been the last 3 hits, so they are also the most recent. With this method we play 14, 12 and 13 as our front pairs.

I like front pair 19 which came out in two methods, but as we know these long out numbers can keep going and going... Draw in a couple of hours -- we shall see!

Oops, calculation error. Or, should I say programming error, since Excel did exactly what I told it to do.

Most out at second digit:
6 out for 29 draws
1 out for 18 draws
9 out for 18 draws

So our 3 front pairs are now 16, 11, 19. I checked the skip distribution for these digits and 6 is waaaaaaaay out there -- however, this is based on only one month of data.

So we got one hit on the second digit for 7 at Midday using the mirror method.

For today I will try these for front pairs:
Most out: 16, 11, 19
Mirrors: 19,12,15
Most hits: 14,12,13
Least hits: 16,15,11

Hi blitzed! Maybe I should have explained the chart more clearly,my friend. We are looking for the 1 to fall in front for Calif next. So your choices for front pairs are only the ones from the top. We're looking for either 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 and 19 to fall with one of the back pairs below,hence the 600 combos total. For example like this:
