Re; pretest/post test
Shirazbai,
I just came upon the protocols for the lotteries and how they assure themselves that the draws are random. I found the info on Powerball and Lotto plus (Calif). I had been struggling with why the lottery software I had was so poor at projecting numbers to be drawn. And as I read the protocols it discussed that random draws occurred before and/or after the "real" draw. So, the numbers suggested by my software are for the next draw. And we do not know what the next draw's numbers were as they are not televised. This will be a problem inherit in any predictive lottery software. So, I am throwing out the suggested picks and looking at other predictors. I use the suggested picks to rule out numbers to choose. GH's software at most gets 2 out of 5 and an occassional 3 out of 5. However. she also has a lot of numbers to suggest, such as 10 or 12. So, if I can pick 12 or more possible numbers, I could get 2 out of the 5. But, then she has 10 numbers +- that are wrong. But, maybe they aren't wrong! We don't know what are truly the next numbers drawn...
I am pondering this. Just another piece of the puzzle....Jennifer
