Small wheel good for 1x4 and 7x3 from 18 tickets ($36)

The only way to play this with a small wheel is DN's

Changed the 23 to 20 to cover ld 0 too bad

I'm using lotto pro 2002 as the wheel for now but only have 8 more free plays with it and then the fun ends. I can't purchase it because I don't have a credit card( believe it or not!)
If I win big then I'll be able to get all the credit I could wish for, but for now...
I can play up to 28 numbers on this wheel which yeilds 36 tickets
not bad for a 3 out of 6 possibility.

Very nice Geenie I made a mistake when I posted that great minds quote. It should have read:

"Great minds think alike and we will BOTH WIN"
