Jack your data in column A starting at cell A5 is in a specific format . 2 digits, space, 2 digits, 2 spaces. I had to write formulas to deal with that formatting to extract the first and second sets of digits. Then I could use VLOOKUP to replace them with letter codes.

Any replacement data needs to be in that format too, otherwise the formulas won’t properly extract the pairs of digits for coding.

If it is in that format then Yes it should work fine up to 20000 lines of data.
