frank, the value zero, the macro is not doing in position
when the value is zero it is not marking (x)
ex =

Thanks for pointing that out. I know why. It’s because the empty cells at the bottom of your list was producing x’s , so I changed the formula to eradicate those x’s . In doing so the real zeroes were wiped out too.
I will have to find a way around that.
