Ion Saliu is without a doubt one of the personalities in Lotto theorising whether you agree with him or not.
I had a bit of a look at his site over Christmas and I think he's cleaned it up a bit or at least made it a bit more readable. I read a few pages and didn't really disagree with some of his conclusions although I did think that what he gave apart from his opinion to back it up was a bit lightweight.
So, he is worth a bit of a read but not without a heathy degree of scepticism.
As for whether anything he advocates works - well, like a lot of of others they are not interested too much in it being well and truly tested.
I bear Ion no ill will and wish him and you a happy and prosperous new year.
