Wow, lucky you…..You didn’t say where south, but I suppose it can be Mexico, so I checked about their lottery games. I’m not sure if visitors can play them, but personally if I was going there I would like to try their lotteries and especially that pick5 one from this link . Who knows , maybe I would be enough lucky and import some nice amount of those pesos after trying…

Tomtom, I love to play “chispazo” too, I had been in Mexico 5 times already, Cancun, Acapulco etc etc and always play “chispazo” it's a fun 5 numbers lotto very cheap and incredible good odds, I don’t think we have anything like that in Canada, I won small prices all the time but never the big one, sorry but this time I going to Nicaragua. Yeah, I was really amazed seeing such interesting game. A daily pick 5/28 where prizes start from 2/5, wow… It seems their higher odds lottery games also have nice odds/prizes proportion…However, even without any significant win, at least you had also some lottery fun amongst the others, so maybe next time..

These are the Quebec-49 wining numbers: 03 04 07 12 17 41 B: 40.

The Quebec-49 after a nice go into high numbers (24+) for several weeks; last night jump back into the low numbers big time (-24) letting out the 20’s and 30’s in the process of going into 40 and 41, many more people won small prices than usual, I was not one of them, actually I got only 1 combination with 3 numbers for $ 5; a very poor result indeed.
