Basically it shows how often - in how many draws - one can expect to hit when 'X' numbers are being played (hit frequency for any 6/49). Could use this to gage how a stack is performing.
Can't explain why with 30 nrs for 3 hits the count is 4 , higher than with 29 nrs. Don't know if it is a typo in the book. I checked my typing twice, however ... nuff said.
