haven't been on this board for some time, in part because of discussions like these, started by members who are either afflicted with something carried in the water they drink, or are from alberta......but that is merely a suggestion as to the root cause of the affliction....seems everybody wants to be a policeman these days...

you may put me in the top 10 list of lurkers

I would be right there with you, I belief in the saying, " if you have nothing good to say , keep your mouth shut"

it is things like this that keep me from posting more and I just about took this site off my favourites a while back when all the bickering goes on, although it does get amusing once in a while, hope some of it is for fun and not always serious.

so I will keep lurking hoping to learn more so I can contibute to the amusment of others.
:D

In keeping with my beliefs on Lurkers, I will throughout the year, post the names, of those that have been registered for some time, and consume all that is availible to them here, and post and contribute nothing, zero.

if everone posted and no one took time to lurk and read what would be the point of posting, besides there would be so much to read there would be no time to post
and then this site have post mortum:D

You've made that point before, these are the rules of the forum.
It's like I tell my kids, if you don't like the rules of the house, find somewhere else to live.
How hard is that.:dang:

My brother has 'rules' in his house - thinks he can yell at everyone because it's 'his' house.

Haven't talked to him in 3 years

To bad Beaker.
Just because this is "My house" would'nt give me the right to disrespect my children.
I never pull this crap about this being "MY" house.
We have certain expectations, and that being certain morals, and values, and treating each other with respect.
Our children are young adults, and as parents, it is our job to instill acceptable values in our kids, but just because it is my house does not give me the right to yell and scream at my kids, its their house too!

Agree Peter.

I am not a parent - neither is my brother which may change his thinking - but you need to set boundaries with kids and instill values you deem acceptable - hopefully kids adopt these and can use them throughout life.

Long story with my brother - truly a piece of work and it took me awhile to accept it - probably still haven't because I'm the younger brother and older brother's aren't supposed to act that way. Somewhere along the line I think he was dropped on his head - first born you know. But, I don't condone that nonsense - against the way I was brought up ( and he was brought up in the same house!!)

One thing - you do have the right and choice but you choose not to because it is against what you believe.

Any other choice will have consequences - good and bad.

nufced sorry for the OT rant

Sorry to hear that Beaker.
Getting back to lottomagic's post, my response really was to tell him, that this is LT house, and he (LT) has set some rules to follow, while in his house, we may agree or disagree about these rules, but none the less, it is LT's house, so if we don't like the rules, the choice is to leave, that is the point I was trying to make.

Agree again Peter

This is not a personal playground - we are here because LT has provided a great forum for us lotto enthusiasts but we need to play by his rules or leave - after all we are guests. :agree2:

Thanks LT :agree2:

People were just talking about how this place is not exactly welcoming.

And I got a rude welcome here.

YOur post just reminded me of it.

Catch you later:)

...I'd like to see a copy of those rules and conditions you see when you are registering somewhere in a thread so it can be referred to when required...

The thread is a bit too long and sometimes out of topic. About guys who are mostly just visitors - well, if someone feels without anything new to say is better to say nothing that's quite OK. It seems that not only the "..."member , but also Robert Serotic and Manfred follow such an attitude so far….

:agree2: furthermore...Despite having tons of lurkers (some maybe posting under tons of aliases desperatly trying to post winners...) none of these tons of lurkers have achieved what my little me has achieved so far on this board posting under only one identity... and mostly...posting and predicting before the draw, DNs on target (with 2 not only one) winning sets....on the same draw....
Aliases at times posting many different sets will surely increase their chances of hitting...but so far they all missed the boat...All of them...It must be really frustrating for them...They just can't deliver what the awesome one has already delivered...
 The bottom line is that all the attacks (and some vicious ones) on my character on this board has left the trouble one or ones empty...
And the biggest hit of them all will come up soon..
:agree: :agree2:
