pick 3 system please help improve

i started this thread in another foum which was covering pick 3 a little

ok here s the system

to test... take the last 7 draws from your pick 3
now take the last 5 of those 7
write out the numbers that appeared in those 5 drawings and dont repeat numbers, but do keep track of how many times a single digit showed up
now take the second drawig down and eliminate those numbers from your number list. try to keep the number of times a single digit occured in mind
(if 7 occured 2 times in the 5 drawings, and once in the 2nd drawing, dont eliminate it yet)
i have gotten (after that second draw ) a total of 5 6 or 7 digits remaining
the 6 digits seem to do the best(ithink)
if you take those 6 digits and make every possible combination of 3 digits, i believe you end up with 210 combinations add it 6 times 6 times 6
the wclc prize for a straight is 500 dollars
soo a little shy of 300 dolars profit
but like every system i think of it seems that somehow you end up with 30 dollars to show for your efforts after lets say 10 draws
its almost like they made sure that any system we could create to beat them would get you about even money after several draws
this is where i need help improving the system
i also found similar results takin all 10 numbers into consideration and eliminating them over ....i think it was 12 or 15 draws.

Well I've been playing daily for only 10 days, and I have won 6 of those 10 days..

which totals $767.70, not including, $227.20 win on a proline on this past monday night.

so $767.70 on pick-3. I typically spend ~$30-$40 a day on pick-3 since I started this. At most that's $400. Which means I still took in a $367.70 profit over 10 days. Which I can't complain about. My weekly paycheck is only around ~$220 as I work partime @$9.25/hr. So extra money is great, and now that I've got a system that work over 50% of the time (10 day sample) I'm satisfied. IF I keep track and the trend improves - hey what the heck! I'm not switching to spending $40 on tickets ($1 per line) but only have 20 combinations, because I play them box and straight, Tonight I was very close to a straight for the third time in a week. On monday I had the straight but didn't play it!!!!!!!!!!!!!would have been $432.90 , so yeah..


My system I look at the past 10 draws, sometimes 15. How often a digit comes up, last time it came up, and it's occurance in each position (when i play straights) ....my system is still new and hard to work with, takes me around 15-30 minutes by hand :S, but it works!

i would love to know how your system works...sounds like its going pretty good for you. one word of caution though i had another system that was perfect, won all the time. but by the time i started playing for real, the trend that my system was based on started going wrong. i won a couple of times and then put it all back in thinking the system was infallable and going to hit a win and get me back on track to more and more wins. too late i realized it probably would never work again unless i reset it for a new trend (if i could spot one) havent seen that kind of trend again, at least not a reliable good one

could you please explain your system to me

also where are you from...the guy here at the leduc coop told me about a guy that wins lots but plays 40 bucks or so.

by the way that old system i had was based on getting 3 digits. lets just say they are 222 i would add 1 and subtract 1 from each and end up finding all combinations for the digits 123...cost 27 dollars... but one time my basic digits were a perfect match, coulda retired that time but im not that crazy to put 10 grand on a bet...(woulda paid 5 mill though)

Hey waz, you should go with a system that doesn't require too much cash to play. yup, hojimoe's sounds reasonable.

You better be able to afford gambling ifya risk more than that. Typically I pace myself and just play some of my picks that I've got the best feel for, or go with a ticket or two, heck maybe 3. That way I can afford to play both midday & eve.

heh! yeah, I usually play conservatively, so if I lose it is no big deal.

My system usually has 2 digits strong in the 3x3 and the 3rd is in the playfield. I didn't play CA Daily 3 midday today, draw was 594, here is my 3x3 and rest of my play field:

784 6
093 12
947 60

Usually the 5 would have at least been outside the 3x3, but not in this case. 5 had already been drawn twice in each position, and twice within last 3 draws so I kicked it out.

Usually stuff in the 3x3 or 1 digit in my playfield 6draws out or more seems to be the best threshhold to go with for matchin a draw.

My playfield is unusually large for CA Daily 3 Eve tonight:
739 2054
175 0
284 709
...many digits out 6 or more.
7 & 0 are strong across all positions, then 2459
7 is strongest in my 3x3 since it occurs twice, then 2 & 5 since they are validated outside in my playfield. Maybe I'll just make a some picks in hopes of at least boxin some of those digits.
