You may need some kind of side digit to offset what is missed
Perhaps something like this...
Draw = 179
8 2 6
7 5 4...4,2,7.1
9 0 3
The first three digits in red are from the night before winner plus in this case, the single number missing from your box? I am aware that you are searching for some reliable patterns but an add in can't hurt!

Since there is one missing digit, I am now listing it as the "out" digit. Look at my website for Pick 3 for tomorrow Midday.
