Hi, this is just my basic spreadsheet. The percentages are fixed probabilities corresponding to each draw interval.
The only thing dynamic is the digit distribution by position.
You just select a draw interval, and look at the digit distribution at say 13draws for example, then at 14draws there is an expected combined probability of 61.29% that digits will be drawn at least once or twice. Therefore a part of my strategy may be to look at the digit distribution at 13draws, and give more weight to digits which have appeared there 0 or 1 time, in an attempt to play the largest chunk of probable digits...the 0's & 1's will likely turn to 1's & 2's in the digit distributution at 14draws.
Another part of the rundown is counting how long a digit has been absent from play in a position...keeping in mind that in this particular scenario you'll allow a digit to be drawn once per position.
Say the number 8 was never drawn within 13draws in 1st position, nor was 2, but 7 was drawn once after 3draws, 6 was drawn once at 2draws, 4 drawn after 12draws, 3 at 8draws, 0 at 6draws...The first line of the rundown for 1st position would look somethin like this:

824 are most probable on left, 3 & 0 are fairly probable in center...then determine a threshhold for digits on the right, in this case digits which were drawn as recent as 3draws are outside on the right. However I keep them there as indicators...in case there was a 7 or 6 elsewhere in the rundown, I might give those digits more weight. Also if you see a digit drawn 4 or 5 times in 1 position within 13draws, it is pretty safe to rule it out of play for that position.

Anyway, practice doing your own rundown and I can give you a more advanced spreadsheet.
Did you check the other sheets at the bottom? Pick3_Prob is a probability chart, but only works in OpenOffice Calc, not Excel...I haven't taken the time to try to fix the formulas. Some of my other spreadsheets I take out as far as 28 draws, and it gives a birdseye view so it is easy to see if the draws are following probability close, or pulling far to the right at times.
