Its an Indian game Under Sikkim Government Of India
I Have Tried many softwares many stratigies but All in Vain,

I play "straight/box" split bets here in CA, better to win something rather than get greedy shhooting only for the straight. box wheels are nice because they offer some a base guarantee. even the Two-Thirds 10 digit wheel with 8 budget picks guarantees that you'll at the very least have 2 digits boxed...so the stage is set for a win, just a matter of luck getting the other digit to fall into place :)

yes, wheels are good because they giveya a base guarantee.

I am reading the How to Play Lucky3 on the website you posted. It says:
"Options available: Sequence, Straight, 3 Way -Box, 6-way Box, Back Pair, and Lucky 2"

Are those betting options for the old "Lucky3" game, not the new "Lucky3+" ?

Ifya can lay 6-way Box, that means unmatched numbers in any order.

3-way Box means doubles, 2 different digits in any order.

where am I? I am in Encinitas, CA USA...in the southwest, near Mexico. I am along the coast just north of San Diego. a nice place (nice & EXPENSIVE) :rolling:

what do I do? I foolishly attempt to earn a living as an IT tech, web designer, programmer...I bet that I would have been better off as a fisherman or farmer or some such traditional occupation har har!

anyway, lottery games are a hobby of mine...I don't play much lately, instead I've been working on systems, doing calculations and building & calibrating lottery web apps to help give people better chances of winning.

now that I've made lottery web apps for the smaller lottery games, I'll shift my focus to the bigger games. my goal is to win $500k, I'm not greedy! with that I'd move to the Philippines, where I could actually afford to buy a house...most houses in the area where I live are $500k+ :rolling: so I can only afford to rent a small apartment.

anyway, in the Philippines I'd have a higher standard of living and better quality of life in my opinion...the USA is over-rated, sure there is opportunity, convenience, gadgets, but it all comes at a premium, it is cutthroat & fast paced.

I'd just like to go to the Philippines and slow down to enjoy life...maybe start my own business, youth hostel, vacation cottages or somethin...and of course enjoy fishing & playing the many lottery games there :thumb:
