P5 wheel needed. 8 number, 3 if 5, 2 tickets

I'm testing a Quad 16 Trap by Overlap wheeling system.This wil give me 12 tickets to buy, rather than many more when wheeling 16 numbers.
I need an 8 number , P5, 3 if 5, 2 line wheel to do this. If anyone can point me to where I can find this wheel, please let me know.
There is a Gail Howard Jackpot winner story where I first read about this
method.
