Those format looks like it was from Smart Picks of LottoStrategies.
I use the same format for mine (in fact, I copied the format from them, terms and all and substituting my data, automated off course). This is where I originally got the idea. Got pissed caused their stuff is always a day or two late so I formulated my own following the same format as they present theirs except my data predictions are daily and based on the total drawing cutoff = actual cumulative total draws to date history.
As an example;
Daily 3 (British Columbia)
For: WED - 11/24/04
Total draws in selected range: 2571
Hot Number Cutoff: 10
Top 3 hot numbers 0, 2, 5
Top 3 cold numbers 8, 9, 1
Top 3 overdue numbers 9, 8, 6
Pick 3 (Ontario)
For: WED - 11/24/04
Total draws in selected range: 2580
Hot Number Cutoff: 10
Top 3 hot numbers 5, 8, 9
Top 3 cold numbers 0, 3, 1
Top 3 overdue numbers 3, 0, 6
As for Lotto Pro, I love that software for Pick 3. It is almost perfect for picking out the numbers. Got my investment back 100 times over. Can't say the same for picking out Lotto 6/49 and Super 7 numbers. But I'm getting there..... I think the strategy is to pick the opposite numbers than it predicted for these games.
