There are times, blitzed, when the pick 4 and pick 3 have three of the same numbers. I have yet found a way to tame that lion!

yup, today there was a criscross o similar digits:
midday pick3 = 117 & eve pick3 = 4147
midday pick4 = 2560 & eve pick3 = 253

3249 OH pick4 midday

342 & 349 sittin at the bottom...9342 in the left corner on the bottom 3lines...perhaps you need to adjust your pickin rules to allow 3 lines for pick4? even then I would have chased the 7 instead of 9.
