Hi, Blitzed, I can't argue or debate your comment because I am in agreement with you. It's not wrong to fund education but there are a myrid of other functions that need addressing. If the states got rid of most of the support staff that are primarily pork barrel setups anyway, those fees along with one day's pay from all of the office holders should be all of the funding needed and the lottery could raise their prize payouts. As you know---any prize payout over $599.00 is taxable and since the prizes will be taxed anyway...make them worth while to try for!

The hits that are being made are still not as strong as I would have them. It appears that the Ohio Commission is doing some pattern swaps of their own!
IE...last few winners are single entities meaning, per my setup, that they stand alone and are not duplicated. Getting interesting and bears watching! All that they (commission) are proving is that they are messing with the setups for dropping balls that are "Untouchables!"...When pigs fly!
