This matrix is...NEW... but is used in same fashion as The POINTER MATRIX

I have back-tested this construct for different states and with minor modifications, it works as well as or better than my other Pointer Matrices. I have ones for the Canadian provinces as well---*see the Pick 3 WCLC!*
Use it for 7 days...eg., 508 for Monday is...L5...

I picked out a buncha strong picks, checked them against number distribution by pos at various draw points...re-arranged into most favorable probability alignment:

024 124 324 345 524
546 587 824 825 845
895 897

boil down to most common digits by pos (in picks.)
824 524 825

looks like I was tryin too hard...580 bunker buster right there under my nose, also counts 4 times in ya lines. it'd be nice to figure out how to makeya computer tally up the strongest picks fromya matrix huh?

580 fit well into distro pos prob chart too, not even close to fringe. well, was close with 587 before boil down
