Thinking of the 6 as well. You're right too many cold numbers that my long list practically are almost cold numbers I think. Haven't made up my mind yet as to which ones. If only we could hit at least 4 numbers. Problem with wheels is that if unsure of the numbers, I see it as wasted $$$.
There are the long shots of 12, 14 and 21. Always eliminated the repeats and look what happened last draw-2 repeats, 32 39.
Will eliminate the repeats again this time.
I don't wheel. I hand pick the numbers that I play from a list. This has it's down side, i.e. it's time consuming and you don't get the coverage. However, it's cheaper.
Mostly I use best bets like DN's then build on those.
I agree,
should be over due for No repeat.

But you know how it goes.
From what you say you must view cold numbers as those that have hit less than expectancy("underperformers"), rather than the simplistic how many draws ago last hit? I use both but overanalysing often not helpful.
If I look at my spread here, I am being drawn back again and again to either #34 or #36. Both in a trend of numbers in 30's decade and looks positioned just about right. Maybe it's too obvious, therefore, but anyway.
Also, there has not been a lot of 7 LD's drawn recently either. Not so sure about 6 - might hit, might not. Think the 7 looks more interesting so 7 & 36. The other one I like, which is also hot, is 23.
I think 10 is also way overdue. 12 and 14 are very underperforming. I think I'll avoid those.
So I think my basic set would be either DN 36, with 37, or DN 34 & 36, or DN 23, with 2, 6, 7, 10, 29, 38, ... and if I were going to choose from the 40's decade it would be 44, 45, or 47.
