Numerical or drawn order

I wasn't sure where to ask this Do you all use the drawn numbers in a numerical order or drawn order for your systems or how you pick numbers? I've always used the numerical way and going to try entering them in the drawn order Just curious

I've always used numerical order as well. Unfortunately the only way to find the drawn order in Canada is to watch the telecast of the draw as the official records are only kept numerically.

Good luck!

I always enter UK lotto results in the order drawn. Then the information is available should I wish to use it later. We in the UK are fortunate to have a website which makes the drawn order available through the entire lotto history. It opens up a wider field of analysis, and it is the true event result, not an artificially reshuffled version of the result.
One can study frequencies of the balls according to drawn position, skips according to drawn position, these cover larger time spans than conventional studies, so you need a lot more results in order to get significant statistics fom studies.
There have been occasions when I decided a past result was due to have one of the balls it contains repeat to the next draw. To decide which one, it has helped by checking which one is most likely by its past history of drawn position to be drawn next.

Hello, according to Frank, but two conditions have positive and negative advantages
Example = terminations of 49/6 last digit of 0 a9 of 49/6 is a million, 10x 10 x 10 x 10 x10 x10 = 1,000,000, but to put these same endings in ascending order in 5005, of course 100% is not fanstastico !!!
Frank and ice you want the 5005 of 49/6 on 100% !!! I can post

Sorry Jack, I do not consider digital ending analysis relevant to drawn position analysis, one is true statistics, the other is human representation. I don't think you should mix the two. :spiny:

Thanks ya'll,, for some reason Lotto Forums went to my spam box, I now know why I was late answering other comments, hopefully it will inbox them now

Texas USA is the same way as far as their web site, I can download them either way but they do something even better IMHO, you can go to "print" page and it changes the order from the 1st drawing say 1994 to current 2015 so I can enter it either way, for my system I look at history from 1994 to current status. I've noticed most systems work the other way around in that 1994 goes on row 1 for example, my 1994 would go in row 3000 for example

I am not sure at this point if it will make a difference in how they are loaded, I have noticed that sometimes my ball 3 is really the draw for ball 1 or 5 when I began to narrow down the balls

Frank, is there a way we can chat off line ( if you want to) I have something I feel may interest you and from my back reading you appear to have quite a bit of knowledge with excel and numbers (lottery) don't worry, I will NOT be asking you to build me a spreadsheet, a Macro or any coding, I can do that myself, this is better....an opportunity....kind of like the movie with Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, and Demi Moore....I'm looking for A Few Good Men with some brain power...if interested we can chat....

Hello, Frank, imagine the following, example after poll have the digits
* 2,5,9 more favorable in 6th of 49/6
* Then we have = 42,45,49, 32,45,39 or, at most, but if it was in 1st position
* It would be 02,05,09 or 12,15,19 .. donates 75% cases
That is the initial digit with limits by going 0-4

Hello, larbec...

I am a pick 3 player primarily but an occasional Classic Lotto and Rolling Cash 5 also! I feel that any which way will work. I try to keep all types of influences in sight because they may be necessary to the play. I also work with "what if" scenarios and keep an open mind to almost any occurrences that could increase my profit and tool box.

Hi, Larbec, well I'm flattered, I don't know about a good man, I'm an old man in kind of semi retirement from lotto analysis, but I seem to keep grabbing the bait and getting lured back in. I don't know what you mean by chat off line, but you could start by sending me an email to my lotterygen site email address, let me know what's on your mind. :)

Its well hidden under the title bar, a fleeting "About Lotterygen" appears and disappears, you click on that. It keeps spammers away :rolling:.

frequency

Larbec:-- Have tried both means, numerical and frequency and in my experience have found there is a little advantage in the frequency use. Use paper and give both a try.

Larbec:-- forgot to add. If you were to go to OLG and click on frequency for the Canadian lottery you favor the #'s are listed in that order, from high to low.
