Numeric Frequency Theories don't apply!

I am surprised at the number of numeric frequency theories that are suggested through this discussion board. I am no mathmatician, but anyone with even a slight understanding of probability would know that these theories do not apply to random draws, such as lottery numbers. Each number has exactly the same chance of being drawn if it has been drawn 1000 times or only 10 times before.

Anyone who wants to win at gambling using strategy would be better off at a casino - at least they will give you free cash just for opening an account (check out all the free cash deals at <<< casino ad deleted by LT >>>Of course the house will usually win in the end, but you have a much better chance of winning than playing lotto!

Yeah but we don't have a Casino section here ... you're clucking up the wrong tree ... don't think your ad will last too long

It doesn't matter if you are not a math expert If you can read...
Your thinking on ramdom draws would take a serious beating here if you only read and learn....Take it from Mister Greatness!!!

Nothing like a little spam to remind you that your special place is open to any heartless capitalist trying to make a buck.... check out those selling tacticts.... first he insults you, then trys to offer something you're not even interested in..... I'd ask him how that approach is working for him, but I doubt he'll even read these replies... just post spam & disappear. :(
{we could only hope!}

Sorry to dissapoint Rebekah, but I have been reading your replies with great interest. I wanted to point out that at least my RichChicken website presents just the facts, and is honest about the chances of winning at gambling. Anyone pushing any sort of lotto number picking strategy on these discussion boards is even more of a 'heartless capitalist' than me.

Any mathmatician will tell you that there are no effective strategies for picking lotto numbers as they are random events.
The only gambling strategy that has proved work is card counting at blackjack (see blackjackcanada.com for strategy)
...and maybe horseracing if you do your homework, but I wont risk trying to get away with three 'ads' in this post... ;)

Also playing a 6 lines small wheel with some gimmy...
05-08-11-18-20-29-31-34-36-37-43-45

The winning numbers for that draw were 8-18-29-31-41-43 B34

I don't know what you do, but we win around here. Those sets above were wheeled for a total winnings of over $10,000.

Stick around. You might learn something about number picking stratigies here.:baby:

The way I see it in agreement to you guys... ...assemble/create some sort of order by being consistant with a method (has to be a good one) and you can tame chaos to a degree which demands a tremendous amount of logic to have an understanding, (I'm still learning as I go)... ...when you have done this, you have a better chance:agree:. Just like players here who can tackle this puzzle. There are a select few here who have done this and they know who they are:agree2:.

Regards,
George:)

if you were really reading this board you'd know that no one here is trying to make $ off anyone or thing other than by winning the lottery. You'd also know that our number picking WORKS as evidenced by the many winners here. You'd also know that we ONLY discuss the lottery, beer, hockey & the weather.

Do my homework????? I don't care about horeracing. How many lame insults are you going to use trying to get me to go to one of your websites? duh
You are so insulting and full of spam that you really do not merit any more than this:
:dang:

Nothing is completely random. In chaos there are even patterns of order that can be percieved. The trick is to find the kernel of order or a trend to help direct you in the right direction. If your looking for a magic bullet, you won't find one. At best you make an educated guess from trends and probability and hope the shotgun you fire will hit the target in which your gut tells you to fire. The problem is, people come to these sites hoping they will find the magic bullet. There is no magic bullet. There are pieces of the puzzle revealed. With study of whatever strategy you use and your gut you may see the whole picture, but that requires study, work, and also some luck.
Capitalism is the best economic system we have at the moment. It drives progress and innovation. Perhaps it may be unethical for gov'ts to have a lotto since the odds are astronomical. But in the end its cause and effect. Causality. You play the lotto and get pissed cuz you didn't win the jackpot? You spent months playing numbers from peoples posts without actually trying to understand the strategy of picking numbers. Thats not capitalisms fault. No one forces you to play the lotto, its your free will to play and spend your money. So don't insult the members of this board because you have not had success at playing lotto. Its greed which we all have. The desire for a better life. And its your frustration.
You want a sure bet? Its called compound interest. Its slow but gets the job done at the end. But if you don't have alot of cash at the moment it will take about 40-60 years to work. So if you play the lotto and lose don't flame the members of this board. It is a game of chance after all. But it isn't entirely random. Nothing man made is unflawed. With luck and some study you may beat the odds. But one thing is true, if you don't play you can't win.
