Below is the code. I am no longer having any errors. I was having trouble reading the pairs or trips. I could only use A1 and B1 for pairs and A1, B1, C1 for trips. Your code had 5 values for pairs file read.

I am having trouble with the My_Columns filter. It looks like this:

Filters 1.0
N+x>=H
Rebal Median
Detailed
Skip 1
Skip 2
Skip 3
Skip 4
Skip 5
Skip 6

It says "N+x>=H is not a valid integer number"

Any help?


This not a filter. It's changing the column displays for the "Drawing Analysis" Tab, so the
screen won't look cluttered. You load your filters from the "Drawing Analysis" Tab screen
on the lower left of this screen and press the PAIRS or TRIPS buttons after you clear and load
your filters.

Got everything running. Just starting to understand Winnalotto. How do I change the column display? Do you use any special filters to do Pairs and Trips?

I select PAIRS for 5/30 from the current winning draw to 60 past winning draws.
If your lottery is 6/XX you must experiment by using current to say 70 or 80.
Screen PAIRS that have appeared more than 0 times to reduce the file.
copy your PAIRS to a file in "WinnaLotto" like Alpha2.flt for example. Remove the
current draw from the past winning draws used by "WinnaLotto" so you can
back test and to see if the current numbers begin to appear when using the program.
I back tested by selecting PAIRS from the GWBASIC program until I was getting
the most pairs with numbers containing my current winning draw. Look
at columns N+X>=H, ReBal, and Detailed. Right click and sort (z-a) on each.
Write down the first two pairs for each. If blank or repeats occur then
ignor. If none of your numbers are in these pairs, go back to the
GWBASIC program and adjust your range. Eventually you'll find the sweet
spot for your range to stick with. I tested 15 past draws this way until I
found the best range for this game (5/30). Do the same for TRIPS except load
the trips into WinnaLotto and look at columns Median and Rebal. Sometimes
I only get one winning from trips, but that could the 6th out of 6 number
you need.

Thanks SpringBok. This number 27, came from your filter for
tommorrow's drawing. I will keep you posted. If these filters are mostly consistent these numbers
will be useful as key numbers for a wheeling.

try these 2 filters in WinnaLotto :

#20 = #1
and
#21 > #1
and
#22 > #1


it usually give winning number(s) in next draw

and

and
#22 > #1

look for numbers which have hights 1 under median

Basically what I'm saying is find your optimal range of PAIRS and TRIPS.
You should go back and test past winning draws to see if WinnaLotto
produces the numbers you need. This is called Back Testing. Once you have
a range that consistantly gets most of the winning draws (at least 5 out of 6)
then you should keep this range set. I went back 15 draws to get my optimal draws
for Pairs. It turned to be 1 to 60 for PAIRS and 1 to 130 for TRIPS. This takes time,
but the results are AMAZING!!! If you get that far, you now have the next
problem of getting the Jackpot winner from this selection without spending
way too much for tickets. At least half the problem might be solved.

Hi All

I've been trying to filter out numbers based on Skip1 and Skip2 which
have the following example types:

S1 S2
-- --
0 0
1 2
4 5

I got S1=0 and S2=0 to work, but trying to get S1=1 and S2=2 to filter
is giving me trouble. I created column #31 with the formula #21 -1
and refrence it in column #30 as #20 = #30, the column views in Drawing
Analysis is not displaying an intermediate value and the filtering didn't take
effect. Anyone have any clues how to do this??

5200 IF N3<4 GOTO 2600

That is saying it has to find 4 or more hits. But in one of your earlier messages, you said as long as there is a hit.

This screen was left from my testing when I used the entire Winning Draw file.
I have since adjusted this to N3<1 GOTO 2600, because my past history
range is only 130. I hope you understand.

About your problem with the filter. I am not sure that I understand what you want but trying to refer in column #30 to column #31 is not possible. I also remember that WinnaLotto had an OR function but now I tested it and it doesn’t seems to work. I can see 2 solutions: create 3 filters and save the results of each or, add 4 new columns. The first 2 new columns (#30 and #31) would be equal to #20 while the other 2 (#32 and #33) would be equal to #21. Again, if I understand correctly what u desire. Hope this helps.

After many attempts, I realized this function is not working in WinnaLotto,
but I can still quickly get this without it.

As for the PAIRS, TRIPS, special filters by SpringBok and Struxo, I note which numbers
have appeared. It's usually 12 to 15 numbers that are forcasted for the
next drawing. I now get 4 out-of 5 or 5 out-of 5 winning numbers. My next
step and one I'm brainstorming about is to reduce this to winning
Jackpot draws. Sounds simple, but it's very difficult to achieve without
spending alot of money.

The solution is simple. Get Saliu's Bright6 or Bright5. You will be able to purge your picks down to affordable levels. Do it, you will not regret it.

I still cannot believe that the programme can do what you are doing. I am going to have to folllow your steps for the 5/34 section of the UK Thunderball/

I played around with the idea of using more recent historical winning draws
and spent time back testing this idea. I was shocked when it started to
work. It's not 100% that each time I run the PAIRS and TRIPS that I will
get all 5 Jackpot numbers, but this is happening more frequently than any
other method I've tried so far. I posted this method so others could repeat
what I'm doing with their own favorite lottery and maybe share
improvements they discovered from this method. The best way to test this
process is to point me to where I can get the past winning history for
UK Thunderball (5/34) and we can do forcasting together.

Could you figure out the number of draws to use on a 6/49 based on BP method. I tried, but after 6hours non stop, I'm non the wiser, for me it only worked on the next draw, there after zilts. I used 85(pairs), 180(trips) than 75(pairs),105(trips), skiped the first 15 draws.
