Seventy-six people in this province were richer by more than 10-thousand dollars last year, thanks to their winnings in various Atlantic Lotto games. All told, some 75-million dollars was paid out in prizes big and small to Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. The largest jackpot awarded was 17.7-million dollars to a Corner Brook resident. There were also millionaires in Victoria, the Goulds and Stephenville. There were losers too, someone who bought a winning ticket in Stephenville did not claim the 65-thousand dollar prize by year's end. Also a 10-thousand dollar Atlantic Payday ticket sold in St. John's was never cashed in
