hello there lottoscorpio.
I think this is a great idea, we in New Zealand play 6 out of 40 numbers. In general we are looking for strategies tips and wheels info, plus we like to share our experiences with various programs we've had.

It looks like that may never happen here on LottoTutor.So I find
myself in uncharted waters and based on the response I get
from LT on my recent thread will determine whether or not I will
release my lottoworks"Intellicept3.4,5.0,5.1 and 6.0 application-
concepts to those of you on this forum.

The program is designed to define lottery drawing activity and
teach you how to intercept(anticipate)a winning combination in
advance and most of all,redirect your outlook as to how you
veiw lottery drawings.

I respect the open forum,that's no problem however,I am not
comfortable with being handicapped by any mediums.Then again
I am a U.S. citizen.

And I ask for everyone's benefit because I don't see how nationality enters into this except for the fact that you seem to be implying that there are too many rules impeding your progress towards a still unclear goal.
Please enlighten us...

But as a fellow Canadian, I noticed a large grammatical error in your post.
Shouldn't "I am Canadian" really be spelled "I am Canadian..EH!"

I would suggest to you that you post some numbers on the draws like Super 7...6/49... so we could see what your device can do...but to add to the fun ...it will have some competition from the players on this board....

lol...I can only function on what works,as for competition,there
will be none.Those applications are unmatched and are not on
any of the other forums.

On the otherhand I will take LT's advice and open my own website now that I have taken the time and gave it some
thought along with the other insults I have received.

I have already decided to acknowledge those sites-forums that
are more relaxed and secure in their operation...lottotutor,you
can stay with the wheels.

You are right!lottoscorpio! You can't loose if you don't play!But neither can you win! I think that besides winning by having the correct numbers...we win more by having friendship between players!
I never had the intention to insult you and I apologize to you if my remarks were understood that way. I'm also certain that nobody here wanted to insult you!
I wish you good luck in your future quests for the right numbers!
