Hi Colin,

For your first post you are very well informed.

Yes, LottoAnnouncersXL is ready,
and at the moment I'm working on an
improvement on it called "Directed Mutation".
Applying this procedure can improve the predictive ability of the algorithm
Announcers by a factor of 10+
Both version will be posted soon as finish the procedures and I'm satisfied by the "predictive ability" of the program.
